 | My S6 SFT-25R arrived this week. Just wanted to show a quick beam comparison of these Convoy shorty throwers in case anyone is interested. All beam shots were taken at 20% level setting within the 12 group mode. The SFT-40 and SFT-25R are driven by 8 Amp buck driver on S6 host. The Green Osram (KP CSLNM1.F1) is driven by 5 Amp buck on S8. I plan to convert the green silicon tail switch into the metal button. Have just got my first ever ADHD med prescription, Vyvance. Planning to start tomorrow. Have read alot online about the importance of keeping hydrated and the effectiveness of electrolyte drinks. Seems like citric acid/ vitamin C can reduce effectiveness of the medication. Not much australian info on the topic though...
Does anyone have any recommendations of a suitable electrolyte product, powder etc, available in Australia, or any recommendations or advice to share on electrolytes and hydration in general?

So since I was younger I would have times where I could feel the acic coming up after certain meals. There was very few times where I was up in pain with the burning sensation in my throat. Nothing crazy and not often at all.
About a week ago I started feeling discomfort in my upper abdomen. It's not like a burning, more like bloating/pressure or gas i thought.
I then began to feel a slight burning in the bottom of my throat along with gurgling and the "lump" feeling. I began burping more as well. I began to realize this is acid reflux. It's been about a week now and the symptoms are still there. The pain is very manageable and not too bad at this point, more uncomfortable than anything. Like I said it's weird because it's not a burning feeling (other than in my throat) but more of a slight pressure pain in my upper abdomen. I did go to the dr and he put me on pantoprazole which i have been taking now for 4 days. When will I begin to feel relief? Anyone have similar symptoms regarding the bloating / gas pain feeling in your upper stomach?
I have been trying to change my diet (especially around drinking coffee). Any other suggestions? Thank you

Not a spur of the moment move, we’ve been carefully researching breeds and preparing our home and adjusting for a new pet member for the past two years. We fell in love with the puppy we adopted. Reduce assured it was a German Shepard/ possibly mixed across types. After spending some time with him this past week. My wife and I are concerned if he’s actually a Belgian Malonois. Based on all information I can find if, so this would not be the ideal breed for our family as we have young children in the home. We plan to get an Embark DNA test asap. Feeling a bit torn, but we love the puppy and desire to provide it a proper and loving home, even if that home isn’t ours. He’s been with us for about 5 days.  | I'm working on an old 90s toyota, and I'm having trouble with my sheet welds. I have my weld-pak 140 set to "c", and my wire speed set between 5-7 (whatever tf that means). I'm getting cracking, and bad penetration with my back strap steel. I may not be the Albert Einstein of autobody, but my sheet steel is not sticking to the weld unless I direct a ton of heat on it. It's penetrating just fine without that though, seemingly. One final thought, I'm using an old quarter panel from a body shop from presumably a brand new car to patch this hole, could the steels just be different and harder to weld?
