Hey,
I’m really passionate about a lot of things and and love history mainly the world wars and other things surrounding those times. I do like playing video games quite a bit I play games like war thunder, cyber punk,GTA5, Spiderman and a couple shooter games in my spare time I love being able to escape and spend time playing. I also really like mangas and anime I’m currently watching “Dandadan” which is pretty good I recommend it and I also have many more to add to my watchlist.
I’m generally always pretty free so if you’re down to chat so you know where to find me. Not looking for anything but not opposed yo anything at the same time too.
Also I’m 6”1 or 185cm and I’m 210lbs or 95kg I’m decently muscular, I really enjoy going to the gym it’s almost therapeutic for me but I’m about to stop to get into combat sports which are one of my new interested that I’ve picked up a bit ago.

I know we were broken up. But I hate that I'm doing this. I love this man so much but I feel hurt he shared pictured with another women after we broke up. Hello, there.
I need a decent 10 socket power strip with surge protection, that doesn't break the bank; let's say, 30-50€ max?
A few things:
- I am in Europe(Portugal).
- The stuff i'm going to plug is: pc (with a 650-700w power supply, a sound interface, 2 studio monitors, an lg 34" ultrawide, a room lamp(with 3 led lamps and a cellphone charger.
I have seen this Anker power strip (351) that has more sockets than i need and is cheap, but i have read people, who i assume know more than i do about electricity, say that it sucks.
Does anyone have any recommendation?

Before you tear into me for buying a truck with such high mileage, I can't afford to spend much more than this at all, and it's been really hard to find something that meets all the criteria it needs to, but that's a long story. And I've already booked flights and committed to picking it up if everything looks good, so it's a bit late for anything now.
Seller says he's the second owner, and that it's been meticulously taken care of. In his words:
"Black on Black with black/chrome rugged rims with one year old Grappler Off Road Tires ($3500 when installed). 2nd owner with all highway miles and meticulous care. Still powerful and fast and can tow up to 5,100 lbs. New brake pad/rotors, radiator, and many service upgrades in recent year with receipts. This truck can run another 100k miles or more."
So, what should I be looking for, and what should I tell the mechanic to look for? He's been upfront about any issues at all, so I tend to believe he's at least trying to be honest.

Hello,
I have had RA for 17 years, and read Sarah's book way back in 2011. Interesting to see she doesn't talk about AIP anymore. Anyone know why?
I never did AIP; I just took my meds and cut out dairy and grains for the most part. Saw good results with that, but I never achieved remission without meds. Tried carnivore recently and it didn't work due to histamine issues. So now I think I'll finally give AIP an honest try.
