Has anyone ever had an issue with Scotiabank completely missing any record of a dispute?
For context, at the beginning of this year I purchased a subscription to an educational website. A week and a half ago, they banned my account and told me it was because I had disputed the transaction - a dispute that I didn't initiate. They sent me records from the payment processor (stripe), and I contacted them to confirm that the details were all correct.
However, Scotiabank not only has absolutely no record of the dispute ever having happened, they also have no record of the original transaction, and no record of any refund. To make things even weirder, the transaction was supposedly made on a debit card that I had deactivated around six months before I subscribed to this site. The dispute was also initiated almost three months after I had subscribed to the site.
I have no idea how this could have possibly happened, and Scotiabank is stonewalling me simply saying 'we have no record of any dispute' when I've given them clear proof that a dispute happened.
Any suggestions for how I could resolve this?

Rejection sucks and no one really tells you how to handle it. Everyone’s hyping the process of finding “the one,” but the awkward, ego-bruising in-betweens? Not so much.
Lately, I’ve been on a rejection streak. Nothing crazy, everyone’s been polite and respectful, it’s just not clicking. And you know what? That’s fine. People are allowed to not want me, just like I’ve turned people down myself.
Here’s how I’ve learned to survive and even thrive through rejection: 1. Gratitude + Trust in Allah: I remind myself that if it didn’t work out, it’s because Allah was saving me from something I couldn’t see. Trusting His plan makes it so much easier to let go. 2. Reality Check: Sometimes, it’s just not a match and maybe I wasn’t their type, and that’s okay. No hard feelings. We all deserve someone who sees our value. 3. Stay Busy: Rejection doesn’t sting as much when your life is already full. Between work, school, hobbies, and plans, I don’t have time to sit around and cry. 4. Boundaries Early: I don’t get too invested too quickly. After some light chats, I lay out the essentials like deen, values, and other core values. Saves everyone time and keeps the heart safe. 5. Keep It Transparent: If I meet someone on a no-photo platform, I send my picture upfront. Why wait? Let’s avoid surprises and wasted energy.
Anyways, rejection isn’t fun, but it’s definitely manageable. It even gets easier once you embrace it. Hope these tips help and if nothing else, just know you’re not alone in this awkward stage.

In episode four when we see flashbacks of Sophia and Oz’s old relationship, we see that at first that they are very friendly with each other and that she defended him from being called the Penguin by Alberto.
But then, later on, she puts him in his place and basically calls him nothing, and that she thinks of him as nothing but her driver and nothing else. So she was only nice to him out of Pity?
But then, later on, she complains to Oz in the car that she trusted him and that she should’ve talked to her first instead of Carmine. WTF?
Girl, he tried talking to you, he tried helping you out, and you basically called him worthless to his face. Why would he think you would trust him?
I think I was actually liked Sofia at first, in the same way he “Liked” Vic, but when she said that to him, any fondness he had for her was gone and that’s he turned her in to Carmine.
