I recently moved into my friendās apartment, and weāre now roommates. The issue is that she refuses to turn off the lightāeven at night. While I donāt usually have trouble sleeping with the lights on, she insists on keeping it on constantly, even during the day. Last night, it was so hot that I couldnāt sleep because I was sweating, and I donāt even have a fan for myself. I asked if I could turn off the light since it was making the room hotter, but she said she needed it on while cleaning, which dragged on until around 11:30 p.m. When I mentioned that the light adds to the heat, she said, āWhy do you even need a blanket when itās so hot?ā
For the record, I canāt sleep without a blanketāeven though Iām only using a thin flat sheet. Frustrated, I ended up sleeping in the living room because I didnāt want to argue over something so petty.

 | Been playing xenogears and havenāt had any issues so far. Got on today to load up my file and got this message. I do have a āperformanceā memory card and keep reading about third party cards not being great online. Iāve had this memory card for a few years and havenāt had any issues with it. Just wanting to know, should I give up on this save file? Or if I got a different memory card and copied it to that one it would work? Or really any suggestions would help. Definitely want to keep playing this game but if this could happen again I would want to get a different memory card before I started a new game. My daily grind is pretty monotonous. Working offshore, my schedule looks something like this: I'm up at 6:45 am, then it's calls from home till 11 am. After that, I head to the office, grab lunch, and work until 5:30 pm. I commute back home, freshen up, have dinner, and take care of personal tasks. From 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm, I catch up with home or work stuff, and then I try to unwind with some Netflix until midnight. On weekends, apart from sometimes having Saturday morning calls, I've got time to myself. I mostly feel drained, so I try to catch up on sleep or catch a movie. Sundays involve a walk or a trip to the temple for some mental peace. But honestly, I'm feeling stuck in this loop and can't seem to break out of it. I'm dealing with weight gain and constantly feeling tired and sluggish, plus my sleep quality sucks. Any tips on how to fix this? By the way, we're a single-income household with no kids right now.

 | Now I have some coasters, more rides (and I've themed more of the flat rides) and slowly but surely started terraforming some areas and planning future areas. The heightened land area in the sky is a placeholder for when I make all the mario level blocks done. Then I'll make that mario level themed and get rid of the terrain (if I ever finish it) I also have made progress on the water park area, taking some inspiration for the visual of it from a mario game screenshot I've been expanding the rides and coasters available and have slowly but surely started theming them. Made lots more mario themed scenery, props and such (most are available on my workshop. I even have a few mario themed starter packs on there with my scenery I've made) Most buildings besides the castle are placeholders to keep my franchise guests happy. But will later be fully redone and fleshed out and themed. The castle I'm still procrastinating at finishing. It's been a pain to make lol Hoping to finish my shroom flat ride that is the observation tower drop style ride. And then upload it to the workshop for people to use. I like to try to do path scenery and such so people who CBA don't have to bother with It All the coasters are still being themed. It's taking a while because I'm custom making everything. Got some cool mineshaft sets to upload to the workshop soon. Including some mario specific mine scenery. Tldr; progress feels slow because I'm always creating small scenery elements and individual bits. But we're slowly getting there. Will try to record and edit a progress video soon as I don't think images do some areas justice. And I wanna document it over time to see how my progress is over the course of working on it Excited to keep going at this. It's the furthest I've ever gotten through making a park in planco, and surprisingly is in franchise not sandbox. So management has hindered progress a bit but I also am enjoying franchise so it's okay lol š¤£ just please staff fix the damn things. Endless ride pop ups about impending doom even with lots of mechanics :( If you search mario on the workshop you'll find all the stuff I have uploaded so far. 2024.11.29 04:00 sanclementegh bluetooth pairing as just audio device versus connecting with metaview app?
I love my Ray Ban Smart glasses - but I have one problem - maybe someone has figured out a way. I had a pair - they broke (they overheated - do NOT take them in a sauna people!) and when I got my new pair I don't know if something has changed on my phone or the firmware of the glasses or maybe it's all the same - but here's the thing. If you don't install or run the metaview app you can just bluetooth pair the glasses as an audio device - you can then still make calls, listen to music, make whatsapp calls, listen to music. I can use it to talk back and forth with the chatgpt app, with meta AI in Whatsapp, with PI (pi.ai) and with Google Gemini - very cool - lots of very cool AI's. I can still say "meta take a picture" - but without installing the meta view app I can't 1) talk to the meta AI that works with the Metaview app, and I can't unload the pictures (until I install and unload them using the MetaView app) - why would I not want to install the Metaview app? well it's fine it's great I like it - but when I install the meta view app and pair the rayban glasses with the app it seems to make the glasses into something other than a "generic audio device" or headset. Suddenly I can no longer use the glasses as the microphone and headphones to talk to Chatgpt, Pi, Meta AI in Whatsapp, or Gemini AI. So lose access to all those - when trying to make a "call" to one of the apps in always reverts to playing the sound out of the phone speaker and using the phone microphone - it will no longer use the Rayban smart glasses as the audio device. Does anyone else have this experience - I've messed with this for hours I just can't figure it out. I thought maybe I'd just pair the glasses as a generic audio device - and then go and pair them with the Metaview app - and then I would just manually switch between the "two" bluetooth devices - use the metaview bluetooth paired device when I want to use metaview app, and then use the generic audio paired bluetooth device (both are actually the glasses) - but this doesn't work? It feels like it used to - but now doesn't maybe I'm just doing something wrong? Any tips? Thanks so much!

My anxiety got way worse a year ago when I had a hige breakdown for no significant reason, something really silly actually, and I've been in a downward spiral ever since. For a few months now I've started shaking, and it only gets worse, I've changed my meds more than 3 times in the last months, nothing is working, now I can't even type right. I'm just tired of it all, I don't want to kill myself (a few weeks ago I seriously thought about it for the first time in my life), but I truly believe that if it keep on like this it'll happen eventually
