I need prayer for God's supernatural healing. Sorry if this becomes a bit long, but I need to release some things on my mind.
Some background. I haven't been officially diagnosed with anything yet. Lately, I've been having dizzy spells. My name is Robert and I'm in my earlier 50s and I suffer from allergies and frequent ear infections and was far worse when I was a young child, in the hospital a number of times. I figured these recent dizzy spells were just another ear infection. I went to urgent care a couple days ago and the doctor said that she saw some fluid behind my ears but didn't think it was enough to cause dizziness. She gave me a prescription for Flonase and sent me on my way. She basically said with the symptoms, she couldn't rule out something serious like a brain tumor and that I should go to the ER if I wanted to get a CT scan. So, that has stuck with me. I don't have the best insurance, so I've opted not to do that just yet. My wife says the doctor shouldn't have said such a thing to make me worry. I've been taking Sudafed and it seems to help some. Today was better than yesterday, but I'm still not well. I feel like my body is giving up. The brain tumor statement has stuck with me. Perhaps I am dying. I don't want to trouble my family with all of this and get them worried. I don't want them to be in pain or be a burden to anyone or for them to deal with a mess to clean up. I also really don't want to die yet.
I know God and Jesus Christ are very real. I view myself as a Christian. I try to be good, humble, and selfless with everyone and I don't keep my faith a secret. I've made a ton of sinful mistakes in the past, for which I pray for forgiveness very often. However, I often feel that I am a troubled Christian. The unfiltered truth is that I deal with impure thoughts, mostly of sins of the flesh and I seem to always fight the dark side at every turn. Can't power on the TV these days without some image triggering impure thoughts. After feeling convicted, I find myself constantly asking for forgiveness and I worry that I've worn God out with my constant requests. I pray that God hasn't given up on me and he has forgiven me of all the sinful mistakes I've committed. I worry that I am not worthy of forgiveness and I haven't done enough to be redeemed.
I guess the bottom line is, I'm really scared. I'm to the point now where I'm afraid to even fall asleep. I need to feel the presence of Jesus. I'm crying out to Jesus and now making myself vulnerable to total strangers and asking for a supernatural healing prayer. I really need help please.
