2024.11.29 04:40 National_Ad_6892 What would you eat if you couldn't taste anything for 2 weeks but wanted to nourish your body and continue to work out?

I have to use a prescription dental rinse for the next 2 weeks that unfortunately either makes things taste terrible or I can't taste at all. Simple carbs taste gross. Everything else has almost no flavor.
I want to continue to lose weight but avoid eating a concerningly low level of calories. Since I can't taste, the only motive I have to eat is to stop feeling hungry. It's weird. So what is your best recommendation for what foods to eat for optimal health and fitness, flavors be damned? Things that are easy to make are preferred. Since I can't taste, it doesn't feel worth it to spend a bunch of time in the kitchen when in the end the effort makes no difference on flavor. Thank you for any suggestions!

Can anyone help identify this stamp? I have been a goldsmith and jeweller my whole life, and I am stumped. I can’t find anything on Google for this stamp. There is no normal karat/purity stamp on the entire piece. This bangle, along with its matching ring and pendant, have the same stamp, with only the number after the “H” being different on each piece. They test as at least 14K, and I’m hoping that this actually is the case and not some trickery. The blue disco-like ball seen in the second image is what sits in the vacancy of the seat. The yellow substance in the seat is glue for holding the ball in place.
Any info on these stamps, or even ideas? Thanks in advance.

2024.11.29 04:40 Beastious Realized short-term gains tax question. I am so confused.

Hello, I started a fun taxable brokerage this year to play with a small amount of my portfolio. I have done a ton of trading the last 3 months. Buying and selling the same stock multiple times in a day, etc.
Fortunately, I am up around $8000. I know I have triggered wash sales as I have sold some stocks for a loss and then bought that same stock and made profits all within the same day. I'm learning a ton.
I've probably done 50 trades or more on 9-10 stocks and $8000 has been realized short term gains.
Can I just assume I pay my income bracket on the $8000 for taxes and that's it?
I was going to move all my realized gains to my bank account so when tax time comes I'll pay whatever I owe on that.
I'm so confused. Idk if this post even makes sense. Thanks for any help.
