I think I’d set it on a steamer over a big enough sauce pan, get some water rolling, and set it it in there for maybe 3-5 minutes. Refrigerating it so the puree doesn’t get too hot when warming it up might be a good idea too. I’m hoping the thick crust will go from having to saw through, to a crust that only needs a couple swipes of the butter knife.

Long time lurker, first time posting!
Had never even heard of this producer before today, when it was brought out to enjoy with thanksgiving prime rib (because turkey sucks).
Overall, it’s a decent Graves Bordeaux but I’m not sure it performs for something retailing over $100. Lots of red and purple fruits on the nose, very vibrant. A bit spicy and tannic on the palate with more leathery tobacco-y notes coming through than on the nose. Still somewhat fruity on the palate, but not as much as I expected. Still pretty nice, just would pick something else for the price.
Anyone ever tried this one?

F18 dealing with bladder issues. So since about October 26th I’ve been dealing with bladder issues. When it first started I noticed constant peeing. Like every 10 minutes or so. I drink a little of liquid and I have to go. If I hold out, my back feels like it is building up, my bladder cramps at times. I feel complete discomfort if I don’t pee, and even then sometimes my back still feels like it’s built up. They say I don’t have a UTI, and I don’t believe I do. I’ve been to the doctor several times all to get the same medication that fails to solve the issue.
Here are my symptoms:
- Back hurts with even the littlest of pee
- Legs feel funny in the middle of my calf, and it feels like that particular leg is gonna go out if I don’t pee.
- Have to pee constantly it seems
- If I drink a little I have to use it after about 5 minutes or so
- It feels like I’ll explode if I don’t pee, or when I’m full from eating.
- Is worse when I’m full from eating.
- I cannot hold my pee at all or I get complete discomfort
- I’ll feel subtle but painful pains in my stomach if I hold out
- Feels like something heavy is on my private area.
- Also get gassy if I don’t go.
- When the pee is forming, my bladder cramps sometimes.
What do you all believe it is or what does it sound like? I’ve been living with this discomfort and the doctors act like they’re clueless.
