They basically cheat. They humans tend to run in groups and have weapon that can harm and kill them. Any biological being that has blood and organ, can be killed with enough bullets, unless is wearing some armor that stop bullets 100%, but such armor would have to full body suit and it would slow them down.
Its very possible that their helmet which is made of some kind of metal is bulletproof and that's why they wear it, because that's where the brain is. They don't wear full body suit as it would be too heavy

I am transferring out of leadership of a product manufacturing operation to a technical role higher up in analytics within the same facility. I have done well in my operations, and I would say the strong suits that I have found useful in the leadership role I am leaving involves a strong foundation in critical thinking and general tolerance of persistent managerial turnover, power play dynamics, and facility wide gossip apparent in surrounding departments. My production manager and regional operations manager both quit/fired, so, my current role also requires a level of grit to go against influences who might attempt shaking up output of my production for the benefit of other departments, where there is no oversight currently, and holding the fort down becomes a territorial battle field, so to speak. For example, I delegate a team within my department, product manufacturing and finished good production, however, freezer and cooler space is shared between me and the lab, where someone uninvolved within inventory wants to alter how me and the lab have agreed to share the space, because inventory wants us to take on more responsibility in logistics, and have went as far as to attempt to stall production, the only defined task my current leadership role consists of. In this, I have found many threats not backed by compliance and the facilities COC, so I was luckily able to maintain my team and my livelihood, output. But it gets close sometimes. It’s been a real struggle without any managerial oversight and protection, where I’m trying to avoid my team from feeling we are just gears cranking out profit to a single pocket at the top. Lastly, because my complete transition requires a replacement for my role, I am currently producing products out of my facility, and preforming quality analysis before continuing final goods assembly. This is not good practice, and I’ve communicated this to everyone who I know should care about the integrity of the operation. Not to mention the team in my company’s quality sector are remote from my region, fail to understand my lack in progress for quality analysis, when if there is no product , which I am still responsible for production until my replacement is operational, then there is nothing to analyze. So I feel defeated, yet vital. It’s conflicting, but this analytics role is something I’ve really strived for, but has failed to be fully attained due to a sudden loss of my entire management team. Someone might be starting for my lead role next week I have been told, but I am unsure of how to train them, if I train them, when I have so much going on between production and quality departments. How should I approach the new hire for my current role, knowing there is no direction or oversight, where there are intrusive political influences outside of production, do I just abandon an operation that my new role depends on its success, and that I have built to a high standard of GMP, high output, and strong culture within the team of the operation? Or do I ease out, somehow without any direction of pace in the transition? Do I throw all future stalls in operations to the wind and consider them as growing pains, and begin training in my new role without regard? Or do I provide aid until operational for a smooth training experience in my new role even if remote teams are annoyed by the fact yet can’t do anything about? Is it me that’s the problem here somehow, overthinking this?

How are we feeling about his new album? His song “man in the garden” called into question and allowed me to meet a character of my unconscious, a glowing figure that was certine of his light and in that moment it’s contrasted in me a darkness that I was unsure of. How easily I fall into self critism and hatred but how much I fear arrogance all called up to the attention of my conscious mind by the lyrics.
The deep layers of meaning in “I deserve it all” made me think about how much I consent to life, if I know life has hardships by living am I not passively accepting the chance of hardship?
The duality of this song has somehow upset me deeply, I wasn’t prepared to have my moral compass called into question, Neither the shades of confidence I sacrificed to avoid arrogance.

After the last time I visited my father, I (24m) realized how much of a straight bitch my father (46m) was. He crossed the border to the US when he was 18 just for him to get deported when I turned 18 6 years ago. Although I never lived at his house growing up, I would only visit to see my sisters.
Those times I visited, I always felt like he would look down upon me because I don’t follow into his footsteps as a person/the family tradition as him, my cousins, & uncle are all Charros (Mexican cowboys) and it’s like the family crest just like how football is to most American families so I was expected to be the exact replica of him growing up.
Anyways back to what’s relevant: he was emotionally abusive/in general a bully as he would make fun of my Asperger’s (the conditions of it as he is obviously an uneducated bastard), get angry at my sisters/his wife for over the smallest things, use excuses about how he’s the breadwinner of the house/how he started with nothing to justify his shitty behavior, withholding love/respect as something that needs to be earned in his POV, not show any consideration for anyone’s feelings, slapped homeless people in the back of their head (this was when I visited him in Mexico), & I even witnessed him unnecessarily hitting all 3 of my sisters for a petty reason.
My stepmom (my 3 sisters mom) is such a kind/loyal soul it makes me mad that he just talks down on her even makes her cry at times for the pettiest reasons.
Things like that makes me hate the motherfucker even more but at the same time, it’s like I can’t tell my feelings to my (fathers) family how I really feel about him as they won’t listen out of the “love” they have for him plus the expectations in society about men not being able to talk about their feelings/seeking help.
He puts on this facade of being a nice/loving father but behind the scenes it’s a whole different story. After he started making fun of me, I finally lost my shit in which we start fighting with my uncle having to break us up. After that I just left on a plane back home & despite all that crap I love the rest of the family even if the man lives right next to my grandmas (his moms) house & will visit in the future just trying to avoid him as much as possible. My mom did the right thing to leave him shortly after I was born and for that I am eternally grateful
The only reason I’m writing all this on here is because this is something I can’t just talk about to anyone (not even my girlfriend & especially not to my family) as it is frowned upon in society to talk about certain traumas as a man because they are stigmatized especially in traditional Hispanic culture. The only thing I can do about all this is to not make the same mistakes as he did/break this shitty cycle the day I become a father & have an actual healthy relationship with my future children so they can be better than he was/I am. And yeah that’s my story
