I have a noname USB hub from Amazon https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B0CCV33W99/ which overall works fine, except for when I switch between my work and personal Macbook M1/M3 Pros (disconnect hub from one laptop and connect it to the other via USB-C) I have to manually reach behind the desk and plug and unplug USB-A Elgato Facecam each time because it is not detected by video conferencing software otherwise (Google Meet, MS Teams etc.). I'm wondering whether that is a normal behavior or it could be remedied by a different hub or Thunderbolt dock even?
I'm looking at this Ugreen Thunderbolt dock on sale currently https://eu.ugreen.com/collections/ugreen-revodok-series-docking-station/products/ugreen-revodok-max-313-dockingstation Maybe a Thunderbolt dock would behave differently than a regular USB-C hub?
At least on/off button on the dock could replace reaching behind the desk to re-plug cables. Maybe.

I'm going to write a note early in the morning stating when my last day will be. It might hinder me in the long run, but at least I have my side job of being an artist I can work on, and I can be with my dog more often until I can find a new job.
I just can't stand my coworkers. They treat me like an outlier, and I don't really understand why. Maybe it's because I have nothing in common with them, but just because I have nothing in common with them doesn't mean I should be outcasted either. I want to belong. I want to be part of a team, a clique. I'm tired of people seeing me as the socially awkward mute girl with autism. I shouldn't be stigmatized because I don't like breaking the ice with "How's the weather going?"
I just wish I wasn't so different. I wish I could understand their jokes sometimes. I wish I could come up with my own jokes that made sense to the majority of people. I wish people could understand my weird sense of humor, and so fourth. It's not fair, I hate being an outcast. I never asked for this role in life. I just want to be one of you.

Me and my flatmates have been living together since the start of term, non of us knew each other before hand. There's 6 of us in total so I'll just refer to each of them using their room number (I'm #1, directly next to our shared kitchen) , we generally get a long fine and in the past couple of weeks whenever someone wants to bring a small group of friends over we'd let each other know, but in this last week #3 and #6 have thrown small parties in our shared kitchen on 2 different occasions. Last night was when #6 had their gathering, they apologised last night and went to the social area on a different floor, when they realised that some of her friends had invited more people, which was totally fine and most of us were okay with it since she was overall apologetic and hadn't done something like this before.
Anyway so later into the early morning, we get an essay of a message on our group chat from #2, she had a lot of completely fair points like how it would be ideal if noise could be kept to a minimum after 11PM on weekdays since a lot of us have assignments or early morning lectures to get to or just letting everyone know via the group chat that they are planning to have friends round for dinner. But then she started to comment on how #3 had pretty frequently messaged her to stop making loud/screechy phone calls in the early mornings/late nights since he was a light sleeper.
Me and #3 had talked about this several times before since it had been bothering the both of us (since we are on either side of her room), every time he had politely asked for her to keep the noise down a bit, she would always say she's not in her room at that moment or she's not making any noise even if we had seen her go in. #2 was the last to move in, and during her first week here she was constantly making phone calls late into the night which originally I ignored, since I thought she might have been calling family (who are overseas) and she just needed time to settle in, that sort of thing. But the late night phone calls continued etc.
The reason we're pretty sure it's her that's making the loud phone calls is because the phone calls sound like a woman speaking mandarin and there's only 2 women in our flat who speak mandarin, and the other flatmate who does is #5 and we've talked to #6 who hasn't got any complaints of loud calls in the night.
The phone calls we hear are usually 2-3 a week which admittedly isn't that often but still can be quite annoying when you're trying to get an early night

 | As title ^ skidded on some ice yesterday and the car skidded into a ditch and rolled over onto its roof. Visually, the only damage is some dented bodywork above the front wheel, and the roof. I’m not experienced enough to say if the structure of the car was damaged. All the windows are fine, and the underside looks fine, no axle/wheel damage. It looked to be leaking oil after it was righted, guessing the cap was loose and it pooled in the bonnet when upside down. From all your experience, would you accept write off, or keep it, and try repair the damage? I think I finally have something half-decent after 5 consecutive clears without needing to buy heals/swaps. I built the framework of this from this YouTube video. He does a great job on stages 1-4 while explaining his thought process, but absolutely shits the bed multiple times on stage 5 because he's not paying attention.
Anyway...
Draft
Dodo whenever you see one, Velociraptor when you don’t
You should have 3 Dodos and 2 Velociraptors
Stage 1
Strong RaptoStrongest Dodo/Strong Dodo
Reserve 1, kill Raptor on swap, it should block 1
Build reserves and take out Dodo when possible
Build reserves and take out Einio when possible, won’t usually block more than 2 unless it enters with reserves
The AI CAN build to 7 to one-shot your flock, even if this happens the gyro is still doable. This seems to happen somewhat often on stage 1, and I have been able to complete it twice without having to spend more bucks after this happened to my Strong Dodo
Stage 2
Strongest Dodo/Strong RaptoStrong Dodo
Reserve 1, kill Raptor on swap with your raptor, it should attack Dodo but not enough to take a life
AI will usually swap to Aero, block accordingly and kill Aero
Build reserves and take out Dodo when possible
Stage 3
Strongest Dodo/Strongest RaptoStrong Dodo
Reserve/Block until Eryops all-ins or brings down Dodo to 1 life, kill when possible
Build reserves and take out Dodos when possible
Stage 4
Weakest Dodo/Weak RaptoStrong Raptor
Build reserves and either swap in and kill Raptor with Weak Raptor, or let Dodo die and revenge kill
Repeat for 2nd Raptor
Build reserves and take out Einio when possible, won’t usually block more than 2
Stage 5
Strong RaptoAny Dodo/Anything Else
Reserve 1 if your Raptor can survive an Aero attack, otherwise block
AI should swap to Aero, kill it with Raptor
Build reserves with remaining creatures and use Raptor to 7-attack Dodos when possible
