I went in with garbage gear, but confident. Until she rooted me at about 300 hp and I just stayed rooted forever. I had to tele out, I waited a solid 40 seconds for the root to break or her to do anything but shoot ranged at me, unfortunately it was fully broken.

I have a 1080p tv, and I have a PS3 and PS4, and both do 1080p, so would it matter or change the quality of video or would it be the same, I'd prefer to use Netflix and YouTube on my PS3 because I like the interface and controller better, but I don't want to sacrifice quality, would the PS4 sound or look better? But if it's the same or just a little difference I'd 100% prefer just using my PS3 as it's modded and has all my games. (I don't use an optical cord for audio btw)

Soy H33, actualmente estoy empezando en el gimnasio tengo 2 meses, se que es poco pero siento que no estoy avanzando en nada, voy 3 días y hago mi rutina completa como una hora y 40 minutos.
El punto es que no siento un cambio físico en nada, no he bajado de peso, me mantuve en grasa y masa muscular y tampoco me siento fuerte, he intentado aumentar peso en los diferentes ejercicios pero no lo logro, siento que hago peor el ejercicio con más peso, los "entrenadores" no me asisten en nada, solo si pregunto como usar una máquina me dicen pero después de eso me siento solo, nunca ninguno se ha acercado a decirme si hago bien o mal las cosas. Ya me cambiaron la rutina y he visto que varios de los ejercicios que me tocan no son tan recomendables, según los expertos del internet jejejeje, lo hago así porque me gusta buscar el ejercicio y saber la forma correcta de como hacerlo, entonces me he dado cuenta de que algunos no son tan buenos.
Dejé la comida chatarra de la calle, en casa pues como normal, solo que de vez en cuando si como frituras hechas en casa pero no es siempre, entonces creo que estoy haciendo un cambio en la dieta, aunque no sea extremo.
Busco estar un poco definido y fuerte, no quiero estar gigante ni matarme para hacer crecer los músculos un montón.
Quiero saber opiniones, si es que soy muy desesperado por esperar ver un cambio en 2 meses o si tal vez no estoy en el gimnasio correcto, también me interesa saber de lugares donde si apoyen a los usuarios y también que rutinas recomiendan para ganar fuerza en lugar de crecimiento muscular.

i had recently lost access to my email, so i made a new one, and i was trying to recover my roblox, and i still havent, but when i was trying to restart password with my new email since roblox support said they had changed my mains email (they never did?) anyways so i pressed forgot password or username, put in my new email, and now im in some random persons account? i feel so bad about this, im very immature and i cant make good choices, idk what to do with this account, its not in my heart to actually steal an account, im so confused why it took me on there, what do i do?
