I was told buying online isnt possible as the people in Port-Louis wouldn't let the products be posted to my village. Besides, I can't find websites that would ship to mauritius. So, i was looking for local shops that would sell them as the main sellers only have newer phones in stock. I can't access facebook marketplace for some reason, so that option is crossed out.

I started nicotine smoking cigars once a week. It progressed to every few days and then I moved onto snus and then vapes. Snus turned into cigarettes and I've been volleying between them ever since. Using cigs to quit snus or snus to quit cigs. Playing games with myself.
After 1 year my memory is not the same l, can't think straight and am chronically on edge/ have some sort of anxiety. Never had these before. I don't care what science may say, nicotine definetely messes with cognition. It is simply not healthy for the brain to constantly signal release of dopamine and adrenalin and be in a fight or flight mode multiple times in a day. Explains why I'm always mentally exhausted. I wouldn't be surprised if big tobacco had its dirty hands all over the suppression of studies linking nicotine with declining cognition.
I'm 2 days clean now and feel a bit more energy throughout the day. I'm not going to lie, I love a good cigarette but it's ruining my life and my brain. It has to go.
I wanna know if anyone here feels the same way? Or If anyone feels different share your thoughts.

Hi, I (19F) recently got in a relationship. It’s going great so far, even tho sometimes we have to do long distance.
The problem is I’ve gotten super obsessed and attached with my boyfriend (23M). To the point where if he texts “love u” instead of “I love you” I go crazy. It makes me super angry and upset and i am not able to stop thinking about it. I notice his texting pattern and the way he speak and can tell difference when something is going on. When he doesn’t calls on time or misses a planned call cus of work or friends or something else, I get really upset and annoyed and start overthinking like crazy. Recently I was even going to pay someone to set him up for a “loyalty test” but after talking to my sister I stopped. Yesterday he said he was going to NY with his friends. In evening he sent me a Live Photo of the Times Square, like always I saved it to check when he had clicked the picture and it said 10th November instead of yesterday’s date. I was going to question him but realised that he had never said that he took the picture that day, he only mentioned wanting to show me how pretty Times Square looks at night. I wanted to ask him to FaceTime me at that moment but again, he was with friends and I did not wanted to embarrass myself and him.
I feel like I’m always on the edge with this. It’s like I’m always trying to catch him doing something wrong. My whole day revolves around him and his schedule. My mood depends on how he treats me. I’m so sickeningly obsessed with this man that it’s disrupting everything in my life. I literally remember his following by their usernames and how many there are and I go CRAZY when the number goes up. I often joke about how I want to lock him up in my basement and never let anybody else talk to him or let him go anywhere, but I’m scared cus lately it doesn’t even feels like a joke, cus I’ve considered how it would work and what I’d have to do to make it work.
I’m scared. I feel like I would hurt his feelings and my own if I continue doing this. I wanna focus on my own life but I don’t even know what this is. Why is this? What causes this? Can anybody please help?
