We created a will with lawyer cause we dont want our sons to get any of our estate because of how much we have given them in there life and cause they destroy their family lives. We want our estate to go to our 3 grandchildren. 2 of our grandchildren are our executors to will.
Recently our sons found out they will only get $1000 according to the will and they said they will take their kids to court when we pass away. This has been heartbreaking and caused us lot of stress
Basically all our estate is tied up in our property which we want to split to three grandchildren. So we came up with this idea to help them so they don’t have to go to court in the future
Can we sell our property to our grandkids for 30% of it market value while we alive so it is in there name ? Will having that money in our savings account stop us from getting our pension ? If yes can we give the money to them so we can keep getting pension ? Will we need new will after this?

After playing for 20 years I get my first QQ moment. Timewalking dungeon random with my undergreared 80 fury warrior. The tank is an 80 paladin pulling like he's a level 11 twink and I die on the 3rd boss. Healer laughs. I think nothing of it. I get a rez. On the way to the next boss I die. I'm thinking I'll wait for another rez because it's pretty far to release. Nope. I see them move on the next boss. All of the sudden I'm removed from group. Worst part is I get that damn buff for deserting. What the fuck. I'm not mad at anyone. It's a random TW dungeon. I think Blizzard needs to remover that buff if your kicked for really no reason whatsoever. In 20 years I've never been kicked and have only voted to kick others if it was something very serious.

I’m locked in for the second semester already, but after if I go to CC for one year, are my chances of getting into a UC the same as any other CC student? Looking to take a family trip in South West Canada (VC Island, Banff, Jasper etc) in June next year. Thinking 3-4 weeks, budget dependent. Looking for advice in terms of the following:
- Recommended RV companies (looking to sleep four, maybe six.) The number of options online is pretty overwhelming tbh.
- Approx budget per day / week for an RV in June (appreciate specifications vary!)
- Whether June is a good time to go (weather looks okay, but I've obviously never been to any of these places in June)
- Approx cost of RV campsites per day (again, appreciate specifications vary)
- Any general advice for booking RVs and campsites ahead of time

2024.11.29 09:29 rbyrnes15 Has anyone else been experiencing the DNS error when downloading games?
I got my Pro last week and since I got it whenever I download games and put the PS5 in Rest mode I get a notification that the game couldn’t download because of a DNS error stating that the DNS has changed. Does anyone have a fix for this issue? I tried using a WiFi extender with an Ethernet cable going from the console to the extender but still received the error. I’ve also tried restarting my router and reading the network on the console itself. Any other ideas anyone has that I could try?
