Seeing that the Venu EX deck was running Kangaskhan, I decided to see how many times they rolled heads in all of my matches. In the 23 matches (I conceded some so as to keep the Event Stamina), here are the following results:
In 19 of the 23 matches, Kanga rolled for damage for a total of 97 rolls. In only 5 of those rolls throughout all 19 matches, they rolled no heads. In the final 92? A total of 128 rolls were heads, out of the possible 194. Which, after doing some quick math, has a probability of 1 in 396,524 (assuming that the odds are actually .5 chance of landing heads. Am I genuinely this unlucky? Or is anyone else experiencing these absurd head rolls?

Pořídil jsem AlzaPlus, protože za 300 Kč má člověk neomezené doručování po celý rok a přes Alzu nakupuju spousu věcí, nejen alektroniku.
Jako místo doručení vybírám Alzabox, který mám kousek od domu a nemusím řešit čas vyzvednutí. Lhůta na vyzvednutí bejvá tak dva dny, ale to mi stačí.
Doručování většinou funguje oproti jiným e-shopům nadprůměrně dobře, a to byl i ddůvod mého předplatného.
V poslední době se ale stává, že někdy objednávky z Alzy do alzaboxu doručuje DPD (dopravce si v případě doručení do alzaboxu nevybírám) a v poslední době jsme s nima měli problémy.
Za poslední dva měsíce jsme zažili minimálně dvě vážně poškozené zásilky, například poničené knížky v totálně rozmáčené krabici. Alza reklamaci sice v pohodě uznala, poslali nové knížky a ani ty poničené nechtěli poslat zpět a nepožadovali ani fotodokumentaci, ale divím se, že si to kurýr v takovém stavu vůbec dovolil do výdejního boxu dát.
U poslední zásilky svévolně taky změnili místo doručení. Různejch obchodů, které slouží i jako výdejní místa, je v okruhou pár stovek metrů od mého domu několik a různí dopravci je běžně využívají. Občas se i u jinejch e-shopů stane, že se místo doručení na výdejní místo změní o pár stovek metrů.
Ale tentokrát to duručili asi kilák a půl od požadovaného míst.
Sice mám auto a zdravé nohy, ale i tak už taková změna představuje přinejmenším nepříjemnost.
Je to jen lokální problém, nebo máte také pocit, že kvalita služeb DPD se v poslední době dostává na level Česká pošta?

A while ago, I went to the CoS discord server to auction my double red slot - won't be specifying which one for reasons. I sent several messages to the server about auctioning it (a bit of context, it's bite + weight). Eventually, somebody bid. Their offer, being a 4k+Nok tuun, barely met the smallest bid itself which is 6k, but I accepted anyway because any mush was fine for me atp. Eventually nobody else bid and I went back to the same person to say, like, hello, there weren't any more bids so I'll trade the slot to you. And then they reply with "I already got a bite + damage for the same offer".
Alright. You got the slot, I'm happy for you. But why say that to me? Why raise the bid in my own auction anyway? I get it, you had to wait for a day, but the auction ends when satisfied and the AB is around 20k, of course I would only be "satisfied" if you either raise the bid more or I wait until I'm in a desperate state. Why join if you are still actively seeking it out and why not tell me until I contact you myself?

2024.11.29 09:22 Mikey77777 Estate agent has informed me they are aiming for completion in 11 days, but solicitors still haven't settled on an exchange or completion date, and it's going to cause me a lot extra in rent. How common is this?
FTB, bottom in a 2-house chain, in month 4 of purchasing. Apparently the seller at the top of the chain has holiday plans, so wants to complete on 10 December, but the middle solicitors (i.e. my seller's solicitors) still have outstanding queries before they can agree on a completion date. Meanwhile I'm renting on a rolling contract and need to give 1 month's notice aligned with the first of the month, which means if I don't give notice today or tomorrow, I'm on the hook for January 2025 rent. I was prepared to overlap mortgage and rent for a few weeks, but 7 weeks overlap seems excessive. I'm considering requesting a delay till the new year. Any advice?
