I installed Mudrunner on my steam deck. After starting the game it goes directly into "game mode" and I can drive. I don't have the chance to navigate into the starting menu. Any ideas?

Zu den Bildern: 1 - Vorratsschrank mit Auszug unten 2 - Geplant: Müllbehälter in der oberen Schublade für Restmüll+Gelber Sack 3 - Lücke für Mikrowelle 4 - Kochfeld extern, schiele grad auf das NEFF N90 60cm mit Twist Pad. Bin kein großer Koch, aber es klingt gut und ich bevorzuge haptische Bedienung. 5 - Momentan der billigste Ikea-Ofen. Hatte ursprünglich überlegt gar keinen Ofen zu nehmen und stattdessen Mikrowelle mit Umluft, aber vielleicht ist Ofen doch besser als den Platz zu sparen? 6 - Putzschrank für Staubsauger+Co 7 - Da kommt mein Geschirrspüler rein, einfach nur reingeschoben 8 - Grad noch unsicher ob Ikea Becken und Armatur oder lieber standardisiertes aus dem Baumarkt? ...und ggf ein anderes Becken als Edelstahl wg Putzfreundlichkeit? 9 - Da steht dann mein bisheriger Kühlschrank. So I made the stellar decision to take 5 courses (15 credit hours) this semester (yes, five, because apparently, I hate myself) while working full-time as a developer at a startup that is bleeding money. Oh, and half my classes are in the evening, and the rest are online because apparently, I thought, “Hey, wouldn’t it be fun to never see daylight again?” Spoiler: it’s not fun. I’m not fun. I’m a walking husk of a human held together by caffeine and blind rage.
But hey, I need to pay rent, and surviving in this hellscape is a full-time job on its own, right? 🤡 So, here I am, frantically juggling 12-hour workdays, assignments that could fill an actual library, AND GROUP PROJECTS THAT MAKE ME QUESTION HUMANITY ITSELF.
Let me paint you a picture:
- 9:00 AM: Start work. Pretend I care about fixing bugs while my soul quietly sobs.
- 5:00 PM: Log off work, grab a snack (if I remember to eat), and dive straight into lecture recordings or live sessions where professors just... drone on about things I’ll forget 20 minutes after the final exam.
- Midnight: Oh, yay, it’s homework time! Because apparently, sleep is optional, and my brain totally functions on 4 hours of rest and a lukewarm Red Bull.
- 2:00 AM: Finally collapse into bed, wondering if all this effort is worth it, knowing damn well I can’t stop because, guess what? Rent’s due next week.
First, there’s the disappearing act—the group member who swears they’ll “totally contribute” but vanishes faster than your will to live. Then, there’s the bare minimum brigade, who somehow think copy-pasting from Wikipedia is the pinnacle of effort.
And when someone does submit something? You’re left staring at the screen, trying to process what level of college writing you’re dealing with because it’s like they wrote it on a flip phone at 3 AM while sleepwalking. Grammar? Dead. Logic? Never existed.
But the best part? Somehow, I’m the one who ends up rewriting everything just to make it legible while they get the same grade. It’s like group projects are a microcosm of life: one person grinds while everyone else coasts. And guess who that person always is? THIS GUY. 🙃
The startup I work at is like a sinking ship but I am eternally grateful for this job because it lets me WFH and they are willing to give me a reference for grad school applications. I am hoping to god we don’t go under before my next paycheck.
And my professors? Legends. Absolute legends for assigning group projects knowing full well they’re a social experiment designed to test how far students can be pushed before they snap.
Why am I doing this? Because I’m stuck in the ultimate catch-22: Need a degree to land a “real” job. Need a job to afford the degree. Need sanity to do both, but oh wait, that’s long gone. ✌️
TL;DR: College + full-time job + group projects = suffering. But what’s the alternative? Homelessness? Nah, thanks. I’ll just keep grinding until I either graduate or collapse into a pile of caffeine-stained misery. Wish me luck. Or don’t. I’m too tired to care. 😵💫

Well, my ex and i had a really solid relationship until it turned into an ldr and things went downhill.
We were each other’s first loves and everything. Together for 2 years. Never had sex cuz i wasnt ready. Even after the breakup, we were in touch like i used to be there for him, he used to be there for me.
Personally for me, hes the only comfort ive known. He came back for my bday with chocolates and everything. We went out together a few times, it was fun. It was like before even if we werent together.
We were regularly in touch almost daily, all sweet and lovey dovey, personally i was waiting for him to come back and we might try again.
He had his bday a few days ago, i texted him and called him. He replied to my texts but declined my calls.
Long story short, he called me and told me that when he was blackout drunk on his bday, a girl made out with him and he feels used and assaulted. I believed him like i always do, even checked up on him. He told me to block him from everywhere as he feels guilty and disgusted. The last time I checked up on him, he was doing fine but then immediately after our call, i saw his insta following go up by 4 and i became super anxious all of a sudden. I asked a mutual to send me a screenshot and she did.
The same girl who apparently made out with him without consent was on his private id which pretty much sums it all up. He wanted her and i also remember him telling me about her how they both have similar families, shes into cars, they have similar interests etc etc etc.
So yeah, ive been crying ever since. And i feel so defeated and heartbroken idk what to do or feel anymore

My other half spent all summer looking at Birkenstocks and not buying them so looking at them in the black Friday sales and settled on a pair but he is a UK size 10 and they only seem to come in a 9.5 or 10.5. Does anyone know if they tend to come up a bit big or a bit small? Wondering which size to go for as he is definitely a firm UK size 10!
