I wonder how Philip slept over at Marthaās a few nights a week - for āa couple of monthsā - while Elizabeth was āaway, taking care of her sick / fallen-down-the-stairs great aunt.ā Who watched the kids multiple nights a week for two months? How was he, basically, a single Dad and a secret husband to Martha?
That would add up to about 25-30 nights in two monthsā time that he wouldnāt sleep at home, based on Marthaās prior comments that she knew he wouldnāt be sleeping over seven nights a week, but would be there at least a few.

Some context: I've been posting type beats for about 2 weeks, and before that have just posted some (pretty bad) fl studio beats I made. I've gotten most of my subs from my earlier content, but I've still gotten "many" subs (relatively to what I had before) from the type beats, and the averages about 1k to 2k exposition per video and gotten 100-300 views. My 2 most recent beats have only gotten 14 views and 5 views. I checked youtube studio. The click per exposition was fine, it was about 4 to 5 percent. Then I checked how many exposition I got, and it was 20-80... does anyone know what's going on?

I wanted to get some outside perspectives on a situation at work thatās been weighing on me. Iām a junior accountant, and earlier this year, I worked under a senior colleague (letās call her A). Throughout the project, I struggled with a lack of support despite trying multiple times to discuss the impact it was having on me. She would either brush it off or fail to follow through on her promises.
The final straw came during a meeting where I told her I may not be able to work on the task she was leading because I was concerned about not getting the support I needed again. Her response was argumentative, dismissive and defensiveāshe even asked me if I had told anyone else about my decision, as if I were undermining him. When I explained that I had informed my boss, she seemed more concerned about how this might affect her reputation than how I was feeling.
What hurt most was that during the same meeting, I got emotional and teared up because I felt cornered the way she was asking me who I told about this decision and what I told them (very concerned about her reputation and this questioning from my perspective is ābullyingā ). Despite noticing this, she didnāt really check in on me in a meaningful way, during or after the meeting. Upon seeing me tear up, she looked down at her phone as she was getting a call and continued looking at her phone, and by that point I was very upset and ready to leave so started walking out all teared up from the meeting room and as an afterthought, she made a perfunctory āare you all good?ā comment (after glancing at her phone), but it felt obligatory and hollow. I ended up crying the rest of the afternoon and night because I felt cornered, bullied and invalidated.
To make matters worse, that very same day, she rushed to smooth things over with my boss (likely to fear of this reaching upper management)ābut didnāt extend the same courtesy to me, even in a simple message asking if I was okay. It felt like her priority was protecting her reputation rather than addressing the hurt he caused.
I can understand she was getting upset with the repeated mention of lack of support from her end but the reason why it was brought up so many times was because we had reached an impasse and she was always defensive about it.
Since then, Iāve kept my interactions with him extremely neutral and professionalāno small talk, no smiling, just doing whatās required for work despite her attempt to break the ice.

Iāve been trying to lose weight for months and would eat healthy during the day and at night would go on a sweets-and-chips binge eating rampage and feel terrible about it afterwards. I couldnāt control it even though I knew it was bad, it was like my blood sugar was screaming for fuel. I was even thinking of talking to a therapist about this issue.
After a few days of following a 16:8 IF plan this habit has completely disappeared.
And the best part is: I donāt even have to force myself to do it, because the urge itself has disappeared completely. As it turns out, having a healthy, nutrient-packed and filling dinner in the evening close to the end of my fasting interval makes all the difference in the world.
Also I can go for longer periods of time with no food without feeling like shit and my energy levels have definitely improved.
This stuff really works, guys.
