2024.11.29 09:35 AyasakuraL I'm seeking for help. I'm new at this and I don't know what to do :(

I just build by first pc it has a b550m ds3h motherboard, Ryzen 7 5700g, 2 Kingston Fury Beast 8gb ram modules and a Kingston SSD Fury Renegade Read 7300mb/s Write 6000mb/s but.. I have two problems.
First one, when I opened the bios to adjust the speeds of my ram (Kingston Fury Beast 8gb DDR4 3200mhz) I found out that my mother board is not recognizing one of my ram modules and also 3 out of my 4 ram slots don't give an answer (I put both of the ram sticks in every single one of them and it didn't work just 1 of them). Also the unique ram stick that its working is just going up to 2400mhz, not the 3200mhz that I put on the XMP profile on the bios. what I can do to use both of my ram sticks? and what I can do to make them work at 3200mhz?
Second one, I used a NMVe SSD for my storage (Kingston SSD Fury Renegade NMVe PCIe 4.0) when I was downloading updates I realized my SSD was not running at the speed it should (Read 7300mb/s Write 6000mb/s) instead it was going at 1.4mb/s read speed and 50mb/s write. Since i'm new on this idk what to modify to make it as fast as it can so, what i have to do for fix this issue?

Hautproblem: Ein Ex-Kumpel zockte mit mir und wir wollten Projekte zusammen machen aber er guckt auf mich herunter und will alles bestimmen. Er sah es sogar als selbstverständlich an dass er meine Rolle aich definiert. Es gab Streit und ich hab Kontakt abgebrochen.
Auf einmal tut er auf verraten und armes Kind und ich fühle mich wie ein Verräter oder gemein. Ich gab ihm eine zweite Chance und er fing an auf einmal wieder mich wie seinen Sklaven und sein Kind zu bevormunden. Jetzt habe ich wieder abgebrochen aber der Typ folgt mir definitiv auch online weshalb ich anonym bin.
Problem ist ich will nicht schuld dafür sein dass es ihm schlecht geht aber vielleicht bin ich auch intolerant weil ich Leute aus meinem Leben öfters geworfen habe weil sie mich für selbstverständlich nehmen und mich wie ihr Spielzeug behandeln als ob ich keine Rechte hätte nur weil ich nicht mit dem Trend gehe und bescheidene Ziele habe.
Bin ich vielleicht das Problem weil ich zu intolerant mit frechen Freunden bin oder ist er tatsächlich lästig? Er will seine Mobber beeindrucken also Leute die ihn beleidigen aber mich der Verständnis zeigte sieht er als Jemandem dem er kein Respekt zeigt und es ist meine Rolle. Wenn ich ausraste, ist er beleidigt weil nur er darf ausrasten. Was meint ihr?

I have created my first own deck ever with [[Baylen, the Haymaker]] and got the chance to play it a few times:

Somehow I have the feeling that it is too slow. I thought, that mana would not be an issue due to Baylens ability to generate mana from tokens. But usually, I am lacking token creation somehow, or I don't draw the right lands, or no lands at all...
I was thinking about adding [[Drumbellower]] or [[Doubling Season]], [[Dazzling Theater]] and [[Halo Fountain]] (for another wincon), [[Farmer Cotton]], [[Seedborn Muse]], [[Tendershoot Dryad]] but I am worried about fixing at the wrong place. Also, I don't know what to throw out, as I am scared of slowing it down even more, as most of those have 4+ CMV.
Can you help me, provide some ideas on which cards to switch out for that or give me any direction?

Hello everyone! I consider myself to be a fairly new esthetician, I’ve been officially working as one for a year and was immediately recruited after getting my license by the esthetician I used to go to. This job didn’t require me to interview or anything, I was very lucky to get that position due to networking and she trained me on everything going on in her business. I am commission only and it’s still quite difficult to get clientele because most of the clients are regulars who have been seeing her for years and only want to see her(which I understand). She does her best to get me booked and advertise me, but it can be quite slow some weeks. For that reason, I am looking to pick up another part time job somewhere to make a little bit more money. I also want to mention that I’m in nursing school currently, so I don’t want to leave my current job because she’s very flexible with my schedule and I’d like to focus most of my time on school for the time being.
Long story short, I feel this massive imposter syndrome when looking at these job descriptions. I don’t know why that is, but I don’t quite know what to expect going into an esthetician interview or what the work life would be like, and a part of me feels worried I don’t know enough despite the fact that I’ve been working for a year for someone else. Does anyone deal with this? I’ve been holding myself back from applying because I just don’t feel like I’d be what they’re expecting or something 😭 any advice is appreciated! Thank you!!

Just now I made a Facebook account, which was EXTREMELY difficult because for some reason, every time I would click 'submit' and it would start loading, my internet would disconnect for a few seconds. Not a problem with my internet, it's served me very fast and very well for years. But then when I finished making the account, it asked me to upload a photo. So I did, it worked just fine. Then it forwarded me to this page.
