 | So I went digging around for some of my old things I left at my mother's house and rediscovered my copies of The Infernal City and Lord of Souls. So I decided to return these to my shelf at home and searched online to see if there were any other tie-in novels that had come out since then. And I was disappointed to find only art books, encyclopedias, and cook books. Isn't it a little odd that this series that is heavy on storytelling and has hundreds of books you can find around the game world to expand on lore and tell small stories that we only have TWO short novellas that tell tales from outside the games? The Infernal City & Lord of Souls - Written by Greg Keys Personally I think having some short novellas be written and published as a setup to TESVI would be a perfect means of both expanding the lore and getting hype going for the next major entry in the series.  | I know this map is just a joke. I often hear however how people think many of the state borders make no sense and that they wish that they could make changes to them. But I actually like how they are. The state borders already make zero geographical sense, so throwing in some panhandles here and there just makes it more fun. This isn’t restricted only to the US either. I enjoy weird borders around the world because there is always an interesting reasoning behind the weird border. ich habe mir einen neuen Monitor (MSI G274QPX) geholt 1440p 240hz und mein 8 Jahres altes Setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YrTkdb hatte für 1080p 144hz mit settings auf very low noch knapp ausgereicht. Mein altes Setup werde ich dann meinen Bruder schenken.
Nun zu meinen Zweifeln – ich lese hier schon seit mehreren Wochen still mit und denke das Build kann man so bauen, nur ist die Frage übertreibe ich? Neues Build: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/FVhzYd
Budget sind 2500 €, FPS sind mir wichtiger und gewohnt bin ich die low Settings, daher müsste es vermutlich nicht das neuste vom neusten sein, oder? Ich will für die nächsten 5+ Jahre Ruhe haben und alles, was auf mich zukommt, auf low Settings mit 240hz spielen können. (Multiplayer Games, momentan hauptsächlich Black Ops 6)
Ich bräuchte da mal einen Realitätscheck, ob das Build nicht Overkill ist.

My PCP referred me to hematology/oncology but he was a bit vague. I am wondering if, from my symptoms and blood tests, if he’s likely referring me for possible cancer or a blood disorder? For the past two years I’ve been dealing with pretty bad fatigue, sleeping up to 16 hours a day, and within the past 6 months other symptoms suddenly piled on.
- I went from weighing 107 pounds to 94 pounds in a month and a half (I am 5’6)
- Night sweats. Not like I just have too many covers. My pajamas will be sticking to me and the sheets will be damp. My entire body is covered, places are sweating that I didn’t know could sweat. I’m also freezing since I’m wet with a fan blowing on me.
- Always tired, to the point it is ruining my life. It affects my classes and relationships.
- Flashes of light in my eyes. It looks like a ball of light is starting at the top of my eye and curving down along the side of my eye and disappearing at the bottom. Happens 20+ times a day. Saw a retina specialist, everything looks normal.
- Kinda high platelets: 436k u/L (my platelets have been high on every blood test I’ve ever gotten. Iron, hemocrit, WBC, and inflammation markers are normal)
- Prolonged PTT-LA: 51 seconds- but LA not found on confirmation screenings
- High total protein in urine, random (also always have this)
- Low urea nitrogen: 6 mg/dL
- History of frequent blood in urine, recently started having bad abdominal pain and bright red blood in stool as well.
No weird lumps or bumps except for a hard, painless breast lump I’ve had for 3 months maybe. Got an ultrasound and they said it was solid and to get another in 6 months. Big family history of cancer, 6 immediate family members have had it & 3 died, the 3 that died were all colon cancer.
Is my doctor referring me to hematology/oncology to just take a look at the slow clotting time or does this point more towards cancer?
