I'm on my third day of not drinking, and I think about alcohol from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep, and every moment in between. The urge to drink is constantly there, and it's making it hard to focus on anything else. Do you stop thinking about alcohol the longer you stay sober? How long does that take?

I was at a convention a few weeks ago and I came across the creator of Pon&Zi! It was kind of a surreal experience seeing him but he was really nice :D I told him that a lot of people say my art looks like his and he stopped by my table later to drop off this book and even bought something from me!
I just wanted to share because I think the book is super cool; I found a few illustrations I hadn’t seen before online which was a nice treat and I thought the about the author and introduction were really interesting! It felt like opening a time capsule a little bit
Also I’ve recently started a ritual of taking pictures of the book next to my stuff hoping that some of the Pon&Zi magic will rub off onto my art lol it would be a dream come true if my art could have even a fraction of the impact Pon&Zi has
Anyways just felt like sharing what’s been occupying my life for the past few weeks ciao!!

2024.11.29 09:41 Lumpy_Coffee6343 Keeping the batch contaminant-free while dealing with foam in the airlock?
Making my first batch (~1 gallon) of cider and, within the first day, it foamed up through the airlock.
I took the airlock and bung off and cleaned/sanitized them with dish soap and star san. While I was doing that, I put a new sheet of aluminum foil over the carboy.
When ready, I wiped the rim of the carboy and patted the bung dry with clean paper towels, so the bung wouldn’t slip off.
Should note that I also sanitized my hands beforehand and wore fresh gloves. Would be pretty on point to assume I’m worries about contamination lol.
This process took about 10-15 minutes. What are the odds that my batch could be compromised? What could I do better next time?

Ive seen a post where someone asked if people would do life again and most answers were no. Ive gone through rough things myself that would make me not want to live again but honestly Id still do life again.

using pro account I've been using Save My Chatbot for ChatGPT and Perplexity, and it works great for exporting to Markdown files. However, I found that it doesn't support Claude AI. I've tried both the Claude Exporter and the Claude Export Tool, but haven't gotten them to work in a satisfying manner.
