Hello, I want to set up a new acqarium, I did a lot of research but it's hard to find really good guide for setting up new tank. I will write in steps what I want to do and can you guys help me with pointing out any mistakes? I had acqarium when I was a child and it was a disaster, I don't want any more fish suffering as an adult. The acqarium in question will be 112l(about 30 gallons) with plants that are easy to maintain and don't need a lot of co2. I don't want an co2 bottle so I will be happy with the most basic plants as long as they will be doing well. When comes to fish I don't want to have anything crazy, just common fishes like molly or neons. So here are the steps: 1. Put the substrate in the acqarium according to instructions 2. Put inside decorations, stones etc. that have been rinsed in water 3. Fill it that water, add solution that should make tap water more friendly 4. Turn on filter( it will be fluvial 207) add friendly bacteria to the media, let it running 5. Wait about a week and do water tests( I want to buy full kit with 9 tests) 6. If all parameters are good then add plants if no?( I honestly don't know what to do then but I guess it depends on the specific parameters) 7. Turn on the lighting(6 hour a day at the beginning to controll algae growing) 8. Wait another week, test water again if it's good add some fish 9. Observe the fish if they are healthy add the rest of planned fish. I will gladly welcome any suggestions!

Had headaches for months (ice peak ones) and also started to get ovulation bleeding got a blood work done and my eosinophils was 10%( 1-6%)
I don't know what caused it ,or even what it is Bt after Googling I'm super scared Can someone plz tell what it is and all?? And if my level too much??
( I have been taking gabapentin for months for headaches)

Uh this was a difficult one to go through! I had no notes i was completely unprepared FML... I found out I couldn't check and re read answers i submitted (started to look for them only 30mins before appointments, i know im an idiot) I think it was relatively accurate towards my answers today. I applied for anxiety, severe adhd and hearing loss. Question about harming myself made me totally out, I started crying. I have focused on bad days, and explained as much as I could. Hopefully I will be hearing from them soon. They say it's about 8 weeks, just in general, how long did it take them to get back to you after that? If this is divided by area, I'm asking for Derbyshire.
