2024.11.29 10:30 PurplePixelZone Old coworker coming back that the supervisors revere...for some inexplicable reason. (Minor rant incoming)
This coworker started 3 weeks after I did, tried to "supervise" me for no reason every now and then and just act really competitive with me for very little reason (I have no desire to be supervisomanager despite being offered multiple times) and I was glad when she left.
The coworker is more of a talker on how she will do things that a doer, she basically did less than I did but has the gift to convince people otherwise.
As soon as she said she was coming back, it was like all my work was for naught. My supervisor seemed to get into "micromanager" mode with me yesterday after I partially scoffed at the idea of the coworker coming back. (I'm convinced my supervisor actively dislikes me, despite our "normal" days of chat)
The old coworker never had it so easy when she was here before and now she will be in for a rude awakening, this building is no longer the relaxed place she thought.
The most baffling thing was that she only worked here 3 months and I have been here 2 years and got the staff out of numerous situations.
(I don't really know why this bothers me, I will be leaving here by January hopefully anyway, it's gone very toxic, it used to be "get what you can done" and now it is "achieve the impossible or face the consequences".)

I found the exact same syrup attachment on Jura’s Official website accessories page, but when you click on the compatibility tab, it only lists the J8 and J8 Twin. Can anyone confirm if that this works with the Z10? I can’t believe they wouldn’t advertise this, but the video doesn’t lie!

2024.11.29 10:30 wowthatscooliguess Theory: how a certain someone may take Okarun away and advance the plot to the final act
I’ll preface these blocks of text by saying this is all just a wild theory. I’ve become addicted (maybe even unhealthily) to this series and so many thoughts are currently running about in my head about the exciting road this story is going to take us.
In my opinion, the whole Count Saint-Germain, Dandadan, Turbo Granny, and Okarun plot is most likely all intertwined… but we may have to temporarily say goodbye to Okarun to A) advance the plot and B) have Okarun regain his yokai powers.
We saw how Turbo Granny angrily reacted to CSG and called him Hyper Geezer. She most likely knows that he is hunting the paranormal. However, she may also know that he is hunting after the Dandadan, which I think may be some sort of power source for all yokai (and in turn is essentially what is keeping Earth from a massive alien invasion).
CSG is after Okarun, presumably because he knows that he was hosting Turbo Granny’s powers. Logic says that he’s just after her powers because they’re paranormal and that’s enough reason for him. But what if he requires Turbo Granny’s powers specifically to locate and take control of the Dandadan (either by utilizing her speed or another one of her abilities).
We’ve already seen CSG being highly interested in Okarun in particular. If CSG doesn’t know already after trying (and failing) to steal Turbo Granny’s powers from Okarun with the knife, he may kidnap Okarun as a means to locate Turbo Granny (they may have an existing spiritual link from him having been a host for her powers for so long).
This is where Okarun is taken away and forgotten about. Okarun, now powerless, won’t be able to stop CSG. CSG then stops the facade of being a teacher at their school, and also uses his memory-altering power to make everyone at school (Momo, Jiji, Aira, Vamola, etc.) forget about Okarun so they don’t go after him and interfere.
Seiko, being unaffected by CSG’s ability due to not being a student, finds it odd that Okarun isn’t coming around the house anymore. Maybe she asks Momo about “four-eyes” and Momo just acts confused and acts like she doesn’t know what her grandmother is talking about. Maybe Seiko thinks they just had a fight. But her suspicions grow when Jiji, Aira, and the others act the same way about Okarun.
Seiko maybe decides to look into it more (I hope this gives us an opportunity to finally learn more about Okarun somehow or even meet Okarun’s family through Seiko tracking down and visiting his household).
Meanwhile while all this is happening, CSG tracks down Turbo Granny using Okarun’s spiritual link and they engage in battle.
I think in order to make the gang remember Okarun, Seiko purposely draws out the Evil Eye from Jiji. Being a yokai, the Evil Eye would be resistant to CSG’s memory altering powers and would demand to see Okarun so they can fight, per their agreement. Since the gang no longer remembers Okarun, maybe they engage in fighting Evil Eye, who keeps asking where Okarun is. Throughout the fight maybe Momo starts feeling like something… or someone is missing. Eventually the gang each remembers Okarun one by one and all feel terrible for forgetting him. Obviously the most affected would be Momo, who feels guilty and extremely emotional for forgetting the boy she loves. They regroup and decide to go and find him.
Turbo Granny probably puts up a great fight, but CSG and his plethora of supernatural powers is too much for her. He captures her and she is stored together with Okarun where they reunite and have a conversation. CSG is one step closer to claiming the Dandadan.
The gang locate Turbo Granny (and thus CSG) probably because Seiko has been keeping tabs on her somehow, since we all know she misses her.
They engage in a fight (the gang vs CSG), but he’s too strong. Turbo Granny realizes their only hope is for her to transfer her powers to Okarun again and letting him escape with Momo and the others. She does this for the greater good (to protect the Dandadan) and because she truly cares about these punk kids she’s been watching over.
She let’s Okarun escape, and the gang feels from CSG. CSG lets them thinking he’s captured Turbo Granny’s powers, but in reality he only captured her spirit and her powers lie within Okarun once again.
Okarun and the gang share a tearful reunion. Momo and Okarun in particular share an emotional moment.
The remainder of the series is the gang launching a counter attack against CSG to get Turbo Granny back and prevent him from stealing her powers in order to get the Dandadan.
