In my opinion, the first 150 episodes of Aikatsu were the best until Ichigo was replaced as the main character in her own show. Pretty Rhythm also had a strong start with the first 51 episodes, but for some reason, the main character became a side character in the later seasons. I really dislike when a second main character takes over the role of the original main character; it’s so frustrating!

Hey guys
So i've been running an IT staff aug business for about 4 years now - and its been fun, learned a lot, and wanted to share some of the mistakes I've made along the way
- over hired - I really thought team size was an indication of company health, its completely the opposite lol, actually the larger the team, odds are, the worse the company health :D it's also such a vanity metric, and even though I knew about it ahead of time, I still messed it up
- wrong cofounder - I was looking for help and a shoulder to lean on, someone that knew what I didn't and while I did find a strong cofounder - they were really only strong for the first 2 years, then we parted ways - we had such different PoV, he was happy to work 40-50 hours a week and wanted to make 10k per month (which is amazing and props to him) but I wanted way more, and expected way more. I wish I asked him if he was comfortable working for long hours and earning way less than expected for a few years, for the chance of making way more and working way less in the future
- build it and they will come - crisis I did zero sales and marketing, for how long you ask? well for 1.5 years lol... I was stupid, we did get clients and had a referral too, but that was more about luck than talent or anything... I hate that I took so long to take sales and marketing seriously - now we do email, LinkedIn, yt, reddit, twitter, its a lot :D
- impatience - screw money twitter and LinkedIn and youtube gurus - yes you can make bank in a relatively short amount of time, but for most people, most of the time, it takes years until you get anywhere! After 2 years I was so insecure that we still haven't achieved much, 6 figures ARR, but barely 140k a year... I now accept and expect that it will take time and I'm giving it room to breathe
- thinking short term - I accepted clients I shouldn't have, I hired ppl I shouldn't have, I underpaid, I overpaid - I did so much just to get business, and id probably do it again tbh if I were in some of the difficult cashflow situations, but if cashflow wasn't an issue, i'd be way more strategic - 1 client, just to get the deal, I priced high but didn't think about him growing the team with me, I wanted to make max profit from 1 deal, and not from 1 relationship, so I valued the deal more than the client, and probably lost 100K worth of future business because of it - now I am much more focused on relationships than profit

Hi guys, I've never posted anything on reddit before so I hope I'm doing everything right lmao, but I just had questions about getting my name legally changed. I want to do it before the inauguration.
First of all, if you guys have gotten your names legally changed, what did you put as the reason for the change? I'm not so sure I want to tell the Texan government I'm trans, but I also feel like they might not accept the reason "I just want to".
Second, how much did it cost in total? Did you have to pay little bits at a time or did you pay everything all at once?
Third, what was the actual hearing like? Was it just you in a big room with a judge and you read off of your copy of the petition? The actual hearing definitely sounds like the scariest part of it all.
And fourth, how long did the entire process take? Do I still have time to get it done before trump takes office or should I hurry up and do it?

Like can we get movies and shows about LGBTQ main characters that isn't automatically about being LGBTQ or what queer life is like. Like can we just have a gay kid/Man as a lead role who's hunting monsters of the chosen one or is exploring space with his crew and him being gay isn't some whole the thing other than who he likes/dates. Just more diversity in stories for LGBTQ characters.
Also can we get more diversity of LGBTQ characters in general? Even in your more standard queer stories not every gay male teen or adult character has to be some white twink or hunky gym rat. Not every guy has to be so butch it borders on toxic masculinity or so unrealistically stereotypically female. There are more average ranges of masculinity that alot of queer men fall into just like straight Men. Can we get more lesbians othere than just the mandatory butch with the shaved head or the safe girly girl on girl option. More than just white queer people on screen and more queer people without out perfect bodies. More diverse ranges of trans people like can we actually have trans men on screen???
