Hi everyone, one question I want to go to the game Virtus Bologna - Stella Rosa, next week. But I am just now seeing that the entrance is only allowed for residents of Emilia-Romagna, which I am not. I am not a resident of the away team's country as well, just a tourist in Italy.
Does anyone have any experience on how strict this rule is? And should I be able to go to the game considering the circumstances?

Hallo,
Seit 7 Jahren wohne ich in meiner Wohnung und gebe meiner Bekannten 500 Euro jeden Monat (bar, nicht überwiesen). Mir wurde damals gesagt, dass ich damit nicht gegen das Recht verstoße, sondern eigentlich meine Vermieterin. Nun hat sie mich im Juli angesprochen ich müsste in 4 Monaten aus der Wohnung raus. Dann hieß es auf einmal, wäre schön wenn ich in drei raus bin. Für mich war das total der Stress, da ich keinen Urlaub dafür planen konnte etc. Jetzt kam sie gerade in die Wohnung und fragte mich nach Schäden. Im Bad zum Beispiel ist die Farbe abgeblättert aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit und der dachschräge.(Wanne ist darunter). Außerdem gibt es noch ein paar andere Macken ( Schäden an der Badewanne, Dichtungen von Fenstern müssen erneuert werden und generell muss natürlich gestrichen werden). Ich finde es allerdings ziemlich unfair, weil ich nicht der einzige bin, der für diese Schäden verantwortlich ist. Ich habe gelesen es gibt auch mündliche Mietverträge, wobei ich nicht weiß inwiefern sie mir da was negatives auslegen kann. Kann mich nicht erinnern einen mündlichen Mietvertrag vereinbart zu haben. In all den Jahren hat sie auch öfter meine Wohnung betreten, ohne mir Bescheid zu geben und war öfter mal unverschämt. Meine Frage ist: kann sie mir rechtlich überhaupt was ? Vielen Dank fürs lesen im Voraus
Meine Vermieterin (bekannte) hat schwarz an mich vermietet und will jetzt Geld von mir für Schäden.

I think the author is taking advantage of the hiatus to update FC3 in physical format. Based on posts on is Instagram, volume 11 of FC3 was released a little less than two months after he published its cover. Judging by the photos accompanying the post announcing the release of volume 11, it ends roughly around chapter 80. Considering that the maximum number of chapters typically included in a volume is 8-9, there would need to be at least 4-5 more volumes released before the hiatus ends. Since the author revealed the cover for volume 12 at the end of last month, if he maintain is current pace, we can expect a new volume cover every 1-2 months and the release of a volume every 2-3 months. So, at best, FC3 could return in about a year 💀.

I'm looking for a 27" IPS 1440p with 144Hz+ refresh rate, preferably a low response time monitor for gaming and editing this holiday season. I was looking at the LG 27GR83Q-B or the AOC Q27G4XN. The LG might be a better monitor to buy (it also has a matte finish which I prefer), however, I'm super hesitant to purchase from them due to their dead pixel policy. I was told that AOC has a better dead pixel policy and to not buy from anyone else. Some people I've talked to told me to only buy from Amazon due to the easier return process for dead pixels. I'm curious what you would do in this situation. How have your own experiences been? Do you have any other recommendations?
I know there's a good deal on the AOC 27" AG276QZD but it's an OLED monitor, and I'm also not looking to have my screen get burnt in so I wasn't looking to purchase one. I also don't want to buy another monitor in 2 years. I'm currently using an old Gigabyte 1080p monitor from about 5 or 6 years ago.
