Testing ammo, is piercing ammo the best ammo? It seems very powerful when firing at lenghty monsters, also i did not understand sticky ammo, apparently it can stun but it did very little damage to the head

Hi everyone, I’m looking for help understanding an unusual issue with my shoulder.
When I push my left arm forward in a straight line, parallel to the ground, my humerus bone at the shoulder rotates clockwise by about 20 degrees. This movement is accompanied by a popping sound from the joint.
I’ve seen multiple doctors, but no solution has been found. There’s no significant pain unless I’m doing exercises, like push ups or pull ups, the rotation happens accompanied by popping sound when my arm is fully extend.
Does anyone have experience with similar issues or advice on what this might be?

So I have 3 cats altogether, an older(3), one that I adopted earlier this year that’s about 1 now & then a brand new kitten that my husband brought home. This kitten honestly is stressing me out because he constantly bothers my two other cats. My middle girl (Chlo) can barely use the litter box without him trying to attack her. He has taken a liking to her specifically for some reason & he harasses her. Anything she does he’ll run behind her and mess with her. She’s already such a shy and timid girl so I hate to see her constantly being fought with because she’ll just run away and hide. I have a ton of scratches from this kitten and he’s just becoming a chore. I love my two girls but he’s just aggravating me. I understand he’s a kitten but I just cannot deal with him. My husband doesn’t get it because he isn’t home with them on a day to day basis while I’m with them all day and can see how it’s affecting my two other cats. I honestly think he’d do much better in a home with a playmate his age but we don’t have the space to accommodate another kitten.
