Hi, bought my first hybrid ever 2 days ago (Toyota RAV4 Hybrid). I am stressed out and devastated. My total average reads between 22 and 30 mi/gal. Drove 6.6 mi and battery went from 100% to 50% (charge left). I drove in the city and highway combined. I get better highway mileage on the highway than in the city. I signed as is document and arbitration cluse at the dealership. I do not know where to start. Has anyone dealt with this?

 | I was really frustrated though right off the bat when I felt like a team member wasn't doing the strategy we had talked about and it would have been nice to be able to remove someone from your team. Luckily when I first clicked into it I accidentally added somebody I didn't mean to and they turned out to be a really good teammate. Even though it's over for me I still have one person on my team that I don't believe it's over for so I'm going to continue to get Flame for them to ensure that they get their Batplane. Also I did spend the money to purchase the mystery shape. Just because I have my own strategies doesn't mean I don't still put some money into the game I definitely purchase the VIP package every month and if something like the little mystery shape comes up I'm definitely continue to purchase things like that too I love this game. And I appreciate the Devs and all the time they tale to think things out to make them fun for users.  | Yesterday, I rewatched Captain America: The First Avenger for the first time in a long while. When Marvel fans usually talk about some of the best films of the MCU, this film rarely comes into conversation. And it should, because I consider it was one of the best films of the early MCU as well as being a great comic book movie. There’s so much about this film that works. Chris Evans is perfect as Captain America. Hugo Weaving as Red Skull remains a chilling performance. The action scenes are intense. The use of the Howling Commandos is perfect here (a film or limited series with them would’ve been great). The adaptation of the origin. This is a film that to me perfectly captures and celebrates the best of the Golden Age of the character. And when rewatching it yesterday, I realized just how wonderfully it held up as a fun movie. 2024.11.29 10:47 smiley-brain coming from wrm 2021 maglev, what would be a good cube for me?
fairly agressive turner here with the wrm 2021 maglev, had it for a few months and i really like this cube and i want to get another cube to try out alongside it. was considering the wrm v10 but heard it was a bit punishing to agressive turning, was considering the tv3 or tv4 (both pioneer) but heard they had some issues themselves, atm im thinking about the wrm v9 but i dont know a whole lot about it.

2024.11.29 10:47 IrisTwilight My experience tiering for Tsukasa4 (+ comparaison with Pandemonium and other events)
Hello everyone! I just finished tiering for Tsukasa’s fourth focus, “Star of your Own Story” and wanted to share my experience and thoughts with you guys! In this post, I’ll be going over the ressources used, amount of crystals spent/gained, materials obtained, as well as how difficult it was compared to other events I tiered on (and probably other stuff). This will be told from the point of view of someone who’s used to getting good sleep every night (which we know isn’t compatible with tiering/j).
DISCLAIMER: I do not encourage spending money on a silly rhythm game. Please do not do like me and buy Colorful+ unless you’re 100% sure you can afford it like me. It is absolutely NOT necessary to tier, it just makes it easier. Doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. Plenty of people tier without Colorful+ and still get the rank they want. So please, don’t spend money on a gacha games and get yourself something like a cake or a new shirt instead.
First of all, the time. Where I live, the event started at midnight between November 22nd and November 23rd. It ended at 6 AM on November 29th. I had school during that whole period, unfortunately, so I had to buy Colorful+Deluxe and used the 99 auto shows at night (I used Hatsune Creation Myth for those). I went to sleep at 22:30 (10:30 PM) and woke up at 6:30 everyday to check if there was any issue with the auto shows (more on that later), fortunately I had no problem with that and got actually decent sleep.
The gacha went live at 21 (9 PM) on November 22nd. I had 90k crystals ready for Tsukasa and Rui. I ended up only needing 131 pulls (including one paid ten pull) for the whole set along with fairy Mizuki and Timekeeper Tsukasa. Shoutout to event Tsukasa who came home twice! I went from 168k crystals to 130k, none of them ended up being used for bonus energy. At the end of the event (so right now), I’m sitting at 138k, which isn’t too bad but could be better. I upgraded all event cards and used one wish jewel on both Tsukasa and Rui (not MEIKO, no). I also used skill materials and leveled them to SL1 since I saved those up a lot. My team was all three event characters and 3* mysterious Emu and Nene (mastery 5 and SL4).
I started the event with approximately 1800 bonus energy in items, finished it with 1560, but we did get a lot of bonus energy items during the event. I think I ended up spending around 716 bonus energy? Most of it was used during night for the auto shows.
I was originally aiming for T5000 to just get a nice slow tiering experience before the WxS Worldlink but… things happened and I ended up going for T1000. By things happened, I mean it was way too easy to tier so I just replanned since it wouldn’t take too much ressources.
For the decorations, I had every Wondershow member decorations level 10 and the two group decorations level 9. Ended up raising them to level 10 during the event. The mysterious trees were both level 5.
Start of the event. It’s midnight. I usually go to sleep way earlier and really don’t like staying up too late (and I had school the next day, so it definitely didn’t help). I do the challenge show I kept for the event (they reset at 13 (1 PM) for me) and just started the auto shows then went to sleep. I was about to collapse [SATIRE] either way so it’s a good thing it wasn’t at 4AM or something like that. When I woke up, I was sitting at T700, and that’s when I decided to go for T1000. Since I went up 30 places using 3 bonus energy and one coop show, I even considered T500. But I ended up sticking to T1000. It basically went like that for the entire event. I didn’t even have to spend bonus energy cans. Just using the energy regenerated with time was way more than enough for me, although it wouldn’t have been for someone without the 99 auto shows, so please take that into consideration. I played in the bus going to school, between classes, at lunch and in the bus going back, then a little more at home. It was way easier than it should’ve been and absolutely not what I was used to. I also only used 3 bonus energy for shows, never more and never less (excluding the auto shows)
Let’s skip to the last day. November 28th, it’s 22:30, I start the auto shows. I usually only use 1 bonus energy since it’s the minimum required and I don’t want to burn everything for just one night), but chose to use 2 this time to avoid falling under T1000 due to end rush. I’m not a huge fan of people rushing at the end of the event and it’s during night for me anyways. I would literally not survive it without auto shows. I wake up at 5:30 AM, and despite having used 2 bonus energy, I’m still at T570 (approximately where I was before going to sleep). I play a few more Hitorinbo Envys (8) and see that I’ve gone up 2 places. So I just set my phone aside and wait until 6.
Final rank: T577. (Fun fact, 77 is my favorite number so I was very happy). I bought out the entire shop and have 120k event coins left.
Now let’s compare it to other events. The ones I tiered in were Pandemonium (went for T1000), WL Luka (went for T7000) and WL Miku (went for T7000).
Pandemonium was hell. “Star of your Own Story” felt like almost sleeping compared to it. For example, I had to play at least 3 shows every hour during Pandemonium to stay between T900 and T1000 (and yes I did use the same auto show method). Had I used the same amount of energy during this event, I would’ve gotten T500 easily. I was saving energy for WxS WL, so that’s why I didn’t go for it. I had all Pandemonium cards (Tsukasa and Rui mastery 2, Shizuku with no mastery) and Mafuyu + Airi 3* maxed out. I did have a problem though: the auto shows. It randomly bugged and stopped in the middle of it like half of the days. So sometimes I ended up having only played 30 auto shows at night. It was bad. Luckily though, I didn’t have school, so it was easy to catch up on T1000.
Miku 7000 was even worse. It was only 2 days long but Archons did it feel so much longer. I also don’t have access to Colorful+ on JP. My JP account that almost never used bonus energy cans was almost dry of them at the end of it. Luka 7000 was hard, but definitely not as hard.
What I’m trying to say here is that events like “Star of your Own Story”, permanent + unit focused is definitely a good beginner event to tier on. It may not be the best to start (looking at you Leo/Need), but it’s good nonetheless. Please don’t do like me and start with extremely competitive events like Pandemonium 😭. If you’re planning on tiering, definitely don’t choose lims or mixed events.

I, 20M and gf 19F live in different city’s (1.5 hours apart) and she parties most weekends and I’m doing my best going to visit her on my days off (Monday and Tuesday). We’ve had the discussion before about how much I spend just being able to visit her and how it’s soo much cheaper for her to get a train. And how she wants to save money. But then parties most weekends anyway I can move on from that honestly as it’s not so much the problem I’m having because in my family and friend groups partying and going out to the city and get drunk is for single people and people who cheat. But she says it’s just a way for her friends and her to hang out. I’m not insecure about her hanging around with her friends or anything, and I don’t believe she would be unfaithful. But I just don’t trust other guys. I’ve heard horror stories of girls in that city getting s/a’d and who are unfaithful cause they have had too much to drink.
I’m not sure if this is coming from a place of insecurities, as my mother had cheated on my father quiet a bit and there are guys who just “don’t care if she has a boyfriend”.
I wanna know your thoughts and opinions. Or how I can just accept it.

Background: I am in UK and classed as unemployed and sick, so I can get free medications.
I have been depressed all my life, my depression increased during the covid lockdown period, tried all sort of antidepressants that made me binge-eat hence making my depression (and obesity) worse.
Then, last year, new GP, he gives me venlafaxin (Effexor in the USA), which worked better for me, at the same time started experimenting with DF (36 hours, then 60 hours) but I had to quit the DF because venlafaxin has a very short half-life and the withdrawals were horrible. So I agreed with the GP to taper down to zero (this was last march). All of a sudden my binges diminished, I was able to do about 8 or 9 DF between March and now.
Felt marginally better in summer, a slow degradation of my mood in October-November (this was expected) and now I am super depressed AF, lethargic, etc.
I know thing will start to get better in March-April but I can't wait that long.
I am also overweight (not obese, BMI around 28) and I know that obesity releases cytokines that eventually make depression worse, so, in theory, I should keep on with my dry fasts and in the long run this will improve my depression, however I feel really bad and the suicidal thought are creeping in.
So my options at the moment are:
1) Not take antidepressants, keep on doing DF and soldier on;
2) To hell with the DF, take antidepressant and hope I feel better and maybe taper on later;
3) Find an antidepressant that has a long life and allow me to do DF in the meantime.
4) Do both DF and antidepressants however the water and the antidepressants would technically break the dry fast.
Has anybody found themselves in the same situation?
