hello people that actually know what they're doing !!
i've had an NZXT starter plus PC for about 3 and a half years at this point, and while it still works wonderfully for what i need, it's definitely starting to show it's age. namely, the 1660super inside of it has had higher temps of late and i don't know if it's something i need to worry for, or if it's normal to happen. it's averaging around 80 degrees celsius for normal play and is at 60 degrees in idle conditions. considering that it's already increased to this point, i don't know if it'll just continuously get higher until it's to a very unhealthy point !!
should i replace the paste for it, replace other specific parts of the gpu - or just like upgrade my computer because i'm cooked?

Just making a post for some advice. I've recently received my largest ever order (830 cards) and was wondering, how would I go about packaging this order? I'm used to only sending small quantities of cards, so this is completely new to me.
I was going to cling film in bundles of ~100 and bubble wrap each bundle and place in a box with more bubble wrap so it doesn't move around, but wondering if this is the best option? It will be going to a different country, so want to make sure the cards don't get damaged.

My wife and I live in the Philippines. I am a US citizen and my wife is a Filipina. I am planning to buy a condo in Oregon and I'm hoping to have it in both of our names to strengthen her green card case and so we have a place to live when we arrive. However, because the green card process is so long I want to rent it out for a couple of years while waiting for approval. If my wife's name is on the title and she is a joint tenant in the entirety, would she need an ITIN for us to rent it out? I would just do the condo in my name if that's the case.

- Only monitor (Gigabyte G34WQC A 34.0" 3440 x 1440 144 Hz Curved Monitor)
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
- Both gaming and some coding (python and R, data cleaning/visualization), games I will be mainly playing are Warframe, PoE1, PoE2, Project Diablo 2, some story games for the GF to watch me play. Dont intend to play on crazy ultra settings, high settings and decent fps for now.

- White Lian 216 case, and will only have white RGB lights / white AIO cooler
- The rest of the parts can be black/white

- Need 2 extra fans i think for the back and bottom of the case, ideal if RGB too.
- Might upgrade to the 7800X3D in ~6 months if i feel the need to, or if some budget cuts are done from my pcpart picks then maybe can get the 7800X3D now.
I havent been in the PC realm for like 3 years and havent built a PC for like 7-8 years at this point. Tried to do as much research as I could to keep up. I have some parts picked and only thing I am settled on is the white Lian Li 216 RGB case and a good AIO cooler (I want the look). If i forget anything to mention/add, I will follow up
