HPku Poco M3 Pro 5G. Lupa sih beli tahun berapa, tapi kayanya udah 3 tahunan. Bateria udah mulai kembung,
Kepikiran mau bawa ke tempat servis, cuman kadang kalau ke konter pulsa (yang bisa servis) belum tentu barangnya ada. Takutnya malah harus ninggalin HP, jadi kayanya mau coba beli sendiri (rencana beli online, cuman kalau kalian punya opini lain silahkan).
dari berbagai jenis baterai 3rd party, kira-kira kalian ada rekomendasi merk apa gak? aku kepikiran Hippo karna udah sering denger, hp lama juga klo gak salah inget pernah ganti pke itu.

I have 9 subjects i am studying and want to spend 1 hour each night on one of the 9, rotating them through the weeks. How do i set this up in anki so that i can solely do 'chemistry' for example on a tuesday, then something different on wednesday but then come back next tuesday and review the ones i didnt get right. Or if anyone has other suggestions for my situation please do let me know.

Not long ago, I sent my boyfriend some old photos that my mom had sent me (since I deleted all my social media and all the photos on them). I thought heād be happy and amazed to see them. I even sent him a video from when I was 16 and rapping with my uncleās band. He asked, āWho are those men next to you?ā When I told him it was my uncleās band, he replied something like, āSure š.ā
Then I sent him a photo of me at a wedding where I looked very happy and carefree. He said, āAnd now you donāt make yourself beautiful for me š
.ā He says this to me often. Sometimes he even picks out the exercises I should do to change my body and tells me I need to make myself ābeautiful.ā
I donāt think Iām stunningly beautiful, but I donāt think Iām ugly either. Iām not overweightāIām just a normal person. But right now, Iām not taking care of myself because Iām struggling with depression. For him, though, depression isnāt real; he says itās just a phase.
I feel so sad. Iāve tried to talk to him calmly about how I feel, but he shuts me down by saying things like, āAh, I knew I shouldnāt have talked to you; just pretend this didnāt happen.ā Or he tells me Iām always against him just because I donāt agree with his opinions.
I feel like a doormat. And I love him so much.

Hi all, male in my mid-20s who passed a kidney stone (3mm) last night for the first time. The entire experience of pain was a few hours and it was pretty unbearable, definitely the worst pain Iāve ever feltābut upon doing research Iām learning that it can be much worse with bigger stones or stents. (The doc was nice and said 3mm was big but I canāt imagine the pain for a stone even larger)
Coming on to ask what things ā food, supplements, physical activities, etc. ā you swear by or avoid at all costs? What makes a difference for you in avoiding stones or coping when they pass? Is there anything I should be doing today to avoid passing a stone again?
Iāll do anything I can to not have a stone pass again if itās within my ālifestyle-changesā ability! I know much of it could be out of my control, but is there anything I could or should do?

Good morning everyone. I own a mazda 3, 2016 manual transmission car, I bought it in May 2023 at 88.000km (54k miles) on the dash and has above 103 000km (64k miles) as of today.
My question is about a lowering kit that was installed on this car prior to it being sold to me without any mention of it by the dealership. I noticed in in spring 2024 when it was making noise, the mechanic appointment by the warranty pointed it out. I didn't pay much attention to it back then, but now, I'm wondering how to deal with it. I didn't disclose it to my insurance because I had no clue about it back then (it also hads a huge insurance fee), but it has now damaged my front bumper getting out of a driveway.
Should I confront the dealership about it? Talk to my insurance? Contact a lawyer? I'm not a car guy and new-ish to Canada so I'd like some guidance please and thank you.
TLDR: dealership sold me a car with a lowering kit installed on it without any mention of it, I'm wondering now how to deal with the consequences.

I'm 20 years old and have no friends anymore. Have never had a girlfriend before. I know it's my fault for isolating myself and failing to control my anxiety, but I'm not sure how to change. I am Autistic and have social anxiety, Going to college makes me feel incredibly alone. When I try to reach out to people and establish friends, even if it's just online, I freeze up and don't know what to say. Even when I do know what to say, I always feel awkward and silly.
I can't even form entire phrases when I do have the opportunity to communicate with someone. Especially talking to a girl. I Stutter and stutter. Even when I know what I want to say, I struggle to express it. Who on earth would be patient enough to listen to me? How could I potentially attract someone if I tried to communicate with them? I can't even speak with them clearly. I am not worth anyone's time.
I feel so distant from everyone, even my family, but especially from myself, it's as if I'm not linked to this body, which is an awful feeling. Every day, I feel this way yet act like I don't. I go to work and college and talk to people as normally as possible, trying not to appear to be on autopilot that I feel I am in always.
