I'm gone start of by saying I couldn't care less about my friends sexual status. I (30yr) female have been friends with male (29yr) male for about 3 to 4 years. Me and this friend will often hang out at restaurants, bars, clubs, and have long conversations on the phone. During some of these phone conversations he'll ask about my day or what I've been up to. Some of these times my update is about me hanging out with my all female group of friends. I met these particular group of friends while we were working in the Emergency Department together and we still stay in touch meeting up once a month or sometimes take out of town girls trip. My (29yr) Male friend often gets upset that he's not included in these "girls outings"(his words). He feels like because he is gay that he should be included and often gets upset that he hasn't met them. I feel he shouldn't have anything to do with them because our bond was made by working in the ER and he knows nothing about them. Also you being gay shouldn't mean you get to be included in a all girls outings or trip. I HAVE NEVER verbally expressed this to him. But AITA for thinking or feeling this way?

 | I just got my new Hyperx quadcast s and it sounds really good and clean. However sometimes when i open a youtube video, do something in a game or gennereally do something with applications, it becomes SUPER loud and distorted. I went into 2024 realising i had a binge eating and restricting eating disorder that was very active. for 9 months i went into a program supervised by a therapist for fixing my relationship with food and eating unrestricted for the whole time, if i was hungry i ate and i ate 3 meals and 2 snacks every day to get my hunger signals back. This was great and i have few and far between binges now and i don’t restrict to compensate for these binges anymore.
With this process came weight gain which i understood would happen. Last month i realised i had put on a solid 14lbs, i had already been struggling with my weight before hand but i was a healthy BMI. just nothing felt in my control. So, last month i decided it was time to go back to the gym, up my movement and put myself on a small deficit.
I went to the gym 3-5 times a week, this has always been a hobby so it’s not hard to pick back up. Then i try to get between 8-11k steps a day. and i do 20 mins of cardio on a spin bike after each lifting session.
I still eat 5-6 times a day, ive been in a deficit for a month and ive not had a binge the whole way through. i’ve had the urge to once but i managed to keep myself busy enough with the coping mechanisms i’ve learned to avoid it.
I’m down exactly 10lbs in one month from 161-151lbs as a 5’7 26 year old woman. i’ve got another maybe 10lbs until i go to maintenance but this is the first time ive ever lost weight healthy.
i still eat a lil sweet treat or two every day with a single serving of chocolate or sweets because that’s what i’m craving, then i move on and continue to eat in a 400-500 cal deficit every day. if i let myself have the things i want in moderation, it stops me feeling restricted- which stops the binges.
perfectly clean eating isn’t feasible 100% of the time, neither is any extreme diet. there’s hope for us to have a better relationship with food and exercise:)

So I am looking for a character or whatever similar that would be akin to "Executioner of Peruns will". So something like a right hand sent to make things happen. In lack of a better way of describing, think of Jesus but in a more militant/battle setting. If there is something like that that is not Peruns but for some other deity (even in other mythoi, not only slavic) I would love to know.

I have Needed the help for a while. After my mom died , and facing adderall and alcohol addiction, I know I hated but needed the idea and reality of a stupid break. But the problem is I find myself wondering how many people take a break for things that are temporary and just impair their future. Can someone just give me advice on if I should take mental health leave or whatever would be best. Have husband of four years and eight years relationship and baby, who just turned two. Also obese.
