2024.11.29 11:40 Rayyuga To all the healers do you sometimes let people die on purpose?
The question is not about not healing someone because you don't like them, but rather in a pull where you are low on mana and a dps is about to die because they have to much aggro
I found myself in a few situations where I let my mages die on purpose when I'm low on mana, we pulled a pack they started to aoe, now they are out of mana and already at 50% HP with all the mobs chasing them, with the mobs being almost dead now I decided to not heal them simply because they have done their dmg, they are out of mana now and the rest of my mana is better suited on the tank or the other dps, I get it that they can still replenish some mana over time and do wand dmg. I got called out for this a few times now.
Is anyone else doing this or is this considered to be griefing? Ofc I still try to save them if possible and reasonable. I'm not letting people die left and right, so far it only happend in the scenario I described.
Also in case that isn't obvious I'm playing softcore not hardcore

I (14F) have been homeschooled for 6 years, and went to an enrichment program for 4 years.
i was in 8th grade at this time (freshman now) and had been elected school president. which i THOUGHT would gain me more respect since id been bullied and sometimes hit the whole time i was there, but it turned out to be one of the hardest years of my life. especcialy bc of this one girl, molly.(12-13F)
all 7th and 8th graders were out together in one class, and this girl molly was in 7th grade. little note, all these 7th graders still acted like 6th graders. which made being in class with them annoying af. but back to molly.
she was the least favorite student in the class. she was a menace dawg. picking fights whenever and wherever she could, bullying other kids, mainly older ones, ect. for some werid reason, she had the biggest issue with me. which btw i didnt do jack to her. so she would often pick fights with me for no reason at all.
if yall saw my other AITA, you might rememeber natalie and jack. this took place around the same time. natalie and molly were friends, and molly decided itd be the greatest idea to take my only girl friend. (i was only friends with boys btw) so now people thought i was trans, which isnt a bad thing no disrespect to those trans folks out there. i told my mom abt this whole thing and how she was actively harassing me every day, and she told me if she hit, hit back.
so one day, i decided to just ignore her, and she took advantage of this. she started pulling my hair, kicking me, hitting me, ect. at one point she grabbed my glasses and threw them on the ground, and the whole time i pretended she wasnt there.
around the middle of the day, i told her if she didnt stop, id punch her in the face, and i meant it. she laughed it off and kept doing it, and i kept ignoring her. i told a teacher and she said tell her to stop.
... ok Hanna time to stfu. ANYWAYS, i eventually did so. for dismissal, the school would sit in a line with their classes until their parents came. i was sitting with my friends, and so was molly, bc why whouldnt she? she decided to do one last thing. she dug her nail into my leg while i was wearing shorts, and starting ripping up skin. sharp ass nail btw. i finally turned around and punched her across the face, making her nose bleed a tiny bit. (id practiced fighting with my brother since id gotten hurt and beaten up a lot) i yelled in front of the whole cafeteria as they all watched. she quietly withdrew herself and natalie tried defending her, soo i told her to shut it as well. Jack didnt do anything though, not the whole time. pretty bad first crush. (got a new one now, WAY better)
a few weeks later, we got called to the principals office and i told her what happened. apparently, mollys mom sent an email saying id been threatening her, which wasnt true. i hadnt even spoken to her during that period of time. luckily, me and the principal were besties and i got let off the hook, while molly suffered detention, and i somehow didnt get demoted from president.
my friends said i overreacted, but what do yall think? AITA?

So the issue is that I want to go on dates, but my voice doesn’t pass. I’ve been talking to some men on apps like Bumble, and even tho I have openly stated that I'm a trans woman in my profile, I have no idea if any of them saw that. Some of them already asked me on a date, and I'm scared. I pass visually very well, never get clocked (from what I know) just based on appearance, and overall am pretty confident I'm my good looks. But I have a gay boy voice. And realistically no amount of voice training is gonna fully eradicate it, but I'm okay with that. I also don't want to tell them or ask them if they know I'm trans, because that usually leads to disappointment, and I want them to know me as a person first. But like, what are my options? How do I navigate this? Altho I do live in a big city with a lot of queer people and spaces, it's still central/eastern Europe. And I don't want to go back to men from grindr, because thats just a complete waste of time.

Hello everyone.
Im hoping someone can help me out or put my mind at ease.
I recently upgraded from an AC68U to BE86U and keep seeing the same set of lines over and over in my system log every few second/minutes. Sometimes it will show happening twice in a minute or every couple minutes.
Everything seems to be working normally with no disconnects except for my google nest speakers but I have read it is a common issue. This can stay connected for multiple hours and then re-connect.
Can anyone tell me if the below is normal please?

Sorry this is going to a be quite long but I feel the background is important.
I got my 3 girls about 10 years ago from someone rehoming them, I think mum was 4ish and the girls were 3ish. They had never been socialized or handled. After years of my trying they would eventually tolerate short periods of being held, but never got to a point of enjoying human interaction and preferred to just do their own thing during evening run around times. Fine, as long as they're happy.
A couple years ago one of the daughters passed away, she was very much the ringleader and the mum and remaining more nervous daughter became quite withdrawn, weren't interested in leaving the cage for evening run rounds etc.
After about a year this eased off and they started coming out again, with mum becoming the new ring leader. Remaining daughter is still nervous to this day, exploring for just a few minutes then returning to the cage. Sometimes she comes back out, often she doesn't.
Mum has sadly just passed away after developing dental issues about a month ago. She was doing really well on a daily dose of mild painkillers but this morning was lethargic and within an hour could not hold herself up. I put her in a small box in the cage so daughter could see her and hopefully understand she was poorly, we then took her to the vet who advised she had likely had a stroke and only real option was to PTS.
Given the remaining chin has always been the most nervous and reserved, and doesn't like being handled, I'm worried about her becoming depressed now she's on her own. I'm hesitant about getting a cage mate in case they don't get on, mainly because I live on a small island with limited resource and population so rehoming to a suitable home is more difficult and I don't have the space for two adequate sized cages if they were to not get on.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
