Hi all, I am facing an issue where, when playing a game, my screens would turn black and lose signal. I have been facing this issue for the past 2 weeks. Initally, I thought it was a GPU problem, as one day when it happened, my GPU wasn't powering on. At the time, it was a 6700 XT. I have recently gotten a new GPU, a 7800 XT, but the issue still persists. I have now checked the Windows Event Viewer and found the following error around the time the crash happened: Display driver amduw23g stopped responding and has successfully recovered.". This happens at roughly palying for an hour, or after playing for nearly 2 hours, exiting the game and 5 seconds later. When the crash happens, the PC stays on. I manually restart the PC, but sometimes the signal still doesn't show. I have to leave the PC off for an hour before I can get signal back. When I can get back in, the Device Manager shows that the GPU has been disabled.
I have honestly tried everything... Updated BIOS, rolled back drivers (24.10.1 is the only driver available for the 7800XT but did roll back many times with the 6700XT), DDU, AMD Cleanup Utility, and reinstalled drivers, disabled Windows driver updates for hardware; Windows Device Manager driver version matches for GPU; even changed motor cables.
GPU temperature when playing games is 88C for the hotspot and memory, and 68C for the normal temperature.
Because of the Event viewer error, I'm not sure if it's any other component issue.
My PC components are:
Sapphire Pulse RX 7800XT
Ryzen 5 5600
UD750GM 750W PSU 80+ Gold
32Gb RAM
The system is only a year and a half old and has never had issues before.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks!

I have a friend who's a doctor. She's MD in Anesthesia and working in a teaching hospital. Now she's pregnant and thinking she will start her maternity leave in couple of months. Now the thing is, while talking to her I got to know that she wouldn't be paid a penny during maternity leave which did not make sense to me. I work in IT, and my friends get paid here and I just assumed it's the same everywhere, atleast in 2024. I feel it is her right to get salary during that period. But she's just happy that she will have a job after maternity. This for not make any sense to me and doesn't want anything legally b/c she might be fired.
So my question is can I do anything about this, like RTI or PIL? I'm ready to hire a lawyer. Also, it's just not about her more but about more such doctors.
