So I have this one major class and lagi kaming online class sa kanya, and they didn't do much kase di naman siya nagpapa-attendance or nagpapagawa ng activities or quizzes, more on discussion lang siya and sabi ren ng iba na nagb-base lang siya midterms/finals when it comes to grading, so I intended to leave their classes after 5-30 mins (it was a 3hrs class) and more on joint classes lang naman kami. So is that okay to just leave or not attend their classes? It felt so wrong but I can manage naman to self study than listening to their discussion na nakakawalang-gana š„¹

I miss my therapist and I saw her yesterday.
Apparently there will be some changes coming from management that she said will have minimal impact on our sessions. She said on thursdays, there will be 2 psychiatrists that will be joining their team and having their own sessions. For this reason she asked me if I'd be okay with anticipating the session from 7:30 to 6:30.
A reason I feel uncomfortable with that is that our sessions were the last sessions of the day, not only for her and, not often, but rarely, she would finish them a bit a after. Or, if she was late, or I was late, which doesn't happen that often but sometimes does happen, she can flexibilize it easily most often. Rather, she's flexible if she's the one late; when it's me she's more strict.
But regardless of being later, often, the session has 1h or even 1h10 instead of the "contract's" established 50 minutes.
I'm afraid that this change will mean no longer will the sessions ever last for a bit more because we'll have to leave the room empty after us. My therapist saw me recoiling and shrinking with the news and tried to ask me what was wrong. She said she couldn't read me, (because I was silent and afraid of saying the truth)
I'm afraid if I say this, she'll feel I'm trying to manipulate her, or that she thinks things have to change because she gave me a bad habit. It's not my fault - she's the one managing the time - but nevertheless my internal clock there is used to 1 hour sessions. I'm afraid she'd get angry and chastise me and I'm afraid of the change. I guess maybe I felt special that was able to flexibilize the time and that this will never be an option again. I never think about whether there'll be people there after me, but now I am thinking, and that also is uncomfortable.
I know I have no right to feel like this which is why I don't want to say it.

But somewhere along the way, you started seeing them as the thing that completed you, the centre of your happiness, the one person who could make or break your day. Thatās a WHOLE lot of power to give someone, isnāt it?
Hereās the truth: the āspecialā stuff youāre holding onto is mostly your perception. Yes, they probably had some good qualities. Maybe they were funny, kind, or good at pretending to enjoy your favourite TV shows.
But letās be real ā¦ there are plenty of people out there who have those same qualities and more. What made your ex stand out was the meaning YOU attached to them.
You decided they were your person, and because of that, you overlooked their flaws, put up with things you shouldnāt have, and idealised them into something bigger than they actually were.

Hereās a little exercise for you: write down all the things about your ex that you thought were so amazing. Then, next to each one, ask yourself, Was this really that unique? I found a book on Amazon called bossing your breakup that did all this for me as it asks you all the questions ā¦ but you can just do it yourself as well.
Youāll probably find that a lot of those āspecialā traits arenāt as rare as you think.
They made you laugh? Loads of people can do that.
They were supportive? Great, but thatās a basic requirement in a relationship, not a bonus.
They looked good in a leather jacket? Okay, but are we really basing someoneās value on their outerwear?
Now letās flip the script. Think about the things you DIDNāT like about them.
The arguments, the bad habits, the times they made you feel less than you deserve. Those things mattered too, but I bet youāve pushed them to the back of your mind while focusing on the highlights.
Thatās normal after a breakup, but itās not helpful. By remembering the whole picture, youāll start to see that they werenāt as flawless as your brain is telling you.
And hereās the best part: YOU made them special, which means YOU also have the power to make someone else special when the time is right.
Someone who actually ticks all your boxes without making you compromise your happiness or self-worth. Someone who will treat you the way you deserve to be treated.
But before you get there, letās focus on the most important person ā¦ YOU.
Take all that energy youāre spending thinking about your ex and redirect it back to yourself. What makes you special? What do you bring to the table? When you start seeing your own value, youāll realise you donāt need someone else to define your worth.
Your ex? Theyāre just a person. They werenāt your missing puzzle piece or the only source of joy in your life. They were part of your story, but theyāre not the whole book.
And trust me, the best chapters are still ahead of you. Let go of the pedestal and start building a better, stronger version of yourself.

After doing some research, Iāve learned a lot about the standard safety measures (gloves, mask, safety glasses, ventilated room, etc.). Still, Iām feeling a bit skeptical about it.
