A question to anyone currently working at NRB, RBB or ADBL or any other banks and have connections working in Government Banks;
I was combing through government offices and banks' websites and news portals looking for interesting financial informations and I found out that NRB officials, be it at the lowest level or the highest, they're given an allowance named "केन्द्रीय बैंक भत्ता" which ranges roughly from 46% to 84% of the basic salary. What even is that?
Is it only for some select employees in select comittees that are absolutely crucial for the functioning of the Central Bank? Or is it specifically for the employees that are working in the Headquarters at Naxal as they're "more important" than other employees? By the looks of it, its for every employees across the workforce at NRB.
Is it that I'm missing something and the salary is the same across other banks like ADBL, RBB etc are also the same?
A further question is, since I've passed ACCA exams and am working towards my internship requirement (I never thought I'd say this but here we are);
Do you reckon I should prepare for the NRB exams? I saw the syllabus for Assistant Director - CA / ACCA / CPA and it is not far off what I've learned already except for Nepal Specific things?
And last thing, if you're comfortable sharing, could you please state rough estimate of your annual income, position, years of professional experience and the banks you're working without doxxing yourself. I'd love to have a approximation what can be earned here in Nepal in government and private banks.

Hey! As the title states, I have multiple genetic disabilities that are completely invisible, even by most preliminary medical testing.
I’m 25 years old, I have been officially diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Hypermobility and Dysautonomia to name a few, and I am in the process of getting those diagnoses narrowed down further via medical testing. I also have autism and ADHD, which are still quite difficult to manage but less impactful on my daily life than the physical conditions.
All of my serious symptoms hit me this summer which led to a million doctors and specialists and diagnoses, but I have had signs of these conditions my whole life.

I thought I’d found one but she cancelled my appointment because she actually doesn’t work with Narcolepsy. Does anyone know of a doctor I can go to? Hi everyone,
I currently own a KSGER T12 V3.1S soldering station, which uses standard T12 tips like the T12-D24. I’ve been considering purchasing a Pinecil for its portability, but I noticed that the tips for the Pinecil, such as the TS-D24, have a different design due to the flange or collar around halfway of the cardridge. Despite this difference, the actual cartridge section that makes contact with the soldering iron looks very similar between the two.
My question is: Can the T12 tips from my KSGER soldering station (e.g., T12-D24) be used in the Pinecil as a replacement for the TS-D24 tips? If not, what are the key differences that prevent compatibility?
Thanks in advance for any insights! I’d love to avoid buying a whole new set of tips if the ones I already have can work.
