Hej allesammen,
Jeg skal have lavet et nyt køkken i mit sommerhus. Jeg har haft køkkenmøder med Ikea, som ikke kan tilbyde en induktionskogeplade på 1 fase, men kun 2. Fordi at ovnen har 1 fase, vil det sige, at der skal være 3 faser i sommerhuset, hvilket der ikke er. Jeg kan forstå at det er ganske omstændigt og dyrt at få etableret en ekstra fase.
Jeg har forsøgt at undersøge på nettet for kogeplader med 4 blus, der kun kører på 1 fase, men uden held. Er der nogen der har erfaringer med dette og evt. ved om der findes kogeblader med 4 blus der kun kører på 1 fase?
Jeg har så også kunnet læse mig frem til at den kogeplade hos Ikea enten kan køre på 2x16A eller 1x32A.
Er dette noget en elektriker skal kigge på, om ledningerne kan "holde" til 1x32A eller hvad skal det egentlig betyde?

I'm an EU citizen and currently work through my own LLC in my home country, pay my taxes here, I'm even registered to pay VAT.
Can you tell me about what countries make it easy to get a residence permit with such a setup? In the future I would of course create a LLC in the target country and move operations to it, but at the time of moving I wouldn't have any employment in the target country only have the LLC back home.
Would I need to create an LLC in the target country upon arrival to get a residence permit easier?

I passed last year and am coming up to renewal, my current insurer's price has dropped but i've seen through some preliminary research that i can get at least £200-300 lower by switching insurers. However, the insurers with the lowest prices have (understandably) the worst reviews on Trustpilot, with one company showcasing the exceptional score of 1.2 stars over 5!
My current insurer has about 4.6 stars and 4% negative reviews, while the ones giving me the best quotes are 4.2/4.3 and have 7-12% negative reviews. I want to take adavtage of a potential saving but don't want to shoot myself in the foot and lose a car over £300. So do I take the lower costs and potentially reduced benefits, or do I stick with what I have?

In a world where social media and smartphones have become the norm, it’s hard to ignore how they’ve put so many of us under what feels like a kind of hypnosis. The constant distractions pull us in, affecting our productivity, mental health, and so much more. For a long time, I’ve been searching for a way to break free from that cycle.
I tried the Light Phone II and really loved the concept behind it. I know it works perfectly for some people, and I respect that, but for me, it was tough to make a full switch. The way my life is set up, I rely on WhatsApp to stay connected with family, friends, and colleagues. On top of that, the interface felt a bit slow at times when I needed to send an urgent text or make a quick call, which made it hard to fully let go of my smartphone.
When the Light Phone III pre-orders opened, I didn’t hesitate. The OLED screen and the possibility of WhatsApp integration gave me hope. I truly believe Light Phone is on the verge of creating a device that can help so many people escape this ‘hypnosis’ that smartphones have put us under.
I’m excited to get the new phone and see how it fits into my life. A huge thank you to the whole team at Light Phone for taking on such a vital and often overlooked issue. You’re doing incredible work, and I admire you all for what you’re building!

For context, my friend met this guy at her classes last week and I met him on one occasion that he came to visit my friend and I was there, he made me a super cute boy and I really wanted my friend to continue getting to know him. So my friend organized an outing to a bar and invited me and another friend and he came with one his friend. The thing is that at one point when we were all talking, I was feeling good and I was talking a lot and we were all happy, until at one point he says "What do you think of the Arabs in the country" and at that moment I told him but why do you ask that, are you going to start saying racist things?, not laughing or anything, and he just turned around and told me "well, but you can't give an opinion because you're of humble colored" and I I was suddenly COLD, I turned to see my friend and she was also in shock, while the boy just laughed and continued talking, I just told him what an idiot and I went to the bathroom with my friends, at first I think I was in shock because I didn’t know how to feel because he said it like a joke and my friends tried to cheer me up and tell me not to pay attention to him and that he was an idiot, for more context yes, they are all white and I was the only one of another color (I'm Mexican). And well, the boy later apologized to me because I think he realized the horrible thing he said and I told him I accept your apologies but it's really not something nice to say and I don't know you so why would you say such a thing and go made me feel bad, for the rest of the night I felt uncomfortable but I wanted my friend to have a good time because she finally met someone of her university and I tried to be fine but I end up crying in the bathroom two hours later because I couldn't stop thinking about it and now next day I still feel bad:( And for more context now I feel more bad because literally the last two nights outs with my friends something always happens to me and I feel so so guilty for ruining their nights + the fact that I felt "good" (it's always my fear to go out and people to think I look bad and ugly) about myself but now I feel horrible and ugly and I don't want to go out anymore. Am I just thinking a lot ? I know he apologized but I don’t really want to see him again but I know my friend will continue being a friend of him and maybe something more so I’ll see him again for sure.

Example: As an assault, I take both the perk that reduces the cooldown on the jet pack by 20%, and the team perk that reduces cooldown on all abilities by 10%.
Will it calculate both the 10% and the 20% from the original base value, giving me a 30% reduction?
Or will it first apply the 20% and then reduce the already reduced time by 10%?
Or, will it first apply the 10% reduction and then reduce the already reduced amount by 20%?
Same question for damage increase when you stack various %based perks.

I'm mildly infuriated about this VRBO I'm renting. My daughter lives a couple hours away, so I figured me, my mom, and brother could come up to see her. I got a Vrbo 20 minutes from where she lives. The description said it sleeps 6. It said it was 1 bdrm with a queen bed, but the living area has 2 twin beds and a large twin sofa bed. Cool. Originally, we were going to cook food at home and reheat, so I reached out to the owner to see what the kitchen setup was like since I couldn't really tell from the pics. Host said it was a kitchenette, so only a hot plate and microwave. No problem, I decide we'll just go out to eat and have dessert at the VRBO.
Once I booked, I kept expecting to get checkin instructions. I've rented plenty of times at the Outer Banks and usually get the all of the info as soon as I book. This was my first VRBO rental. So, on Monday I reach out to the host because I wanted to know all the deets. She doesn't respond, but a few minutes later I get an email from VRBO with all that info. Cool.
So, we get here Wednesday and the instructions say the code is the last 4 digits of my phone number. I try it: it doesn't work. I try 3 more times and then call the host. After 5 minutes, she's reset the passcode and we're in.
I go to check out the living area and see the furniture is different than in the photos. There is a twin bed, a 2 seat couch, and a reclining sofa. The twin daybed is the only piece that is the same. This place does not sleep 6 unless they are tiny humans and even then I don't think it would work. Alright, so I pivot and we make it work.
However, what I didn't realize is that behind this little apartment is a train track with trains running through all day and night.
I'm a roll with it kinda gal, so I roll with it. The instructions gave the WiFi info, so I pop on TikTok and doom scroll. Then I shimmy over to Reddit but can't get on. Weird. I try again. Nope. I try on Chrome. Nada. Safari. Nope. I try my mom's phone. I can't get on! I go through the rabbit hole of shadow bans and I'm like, "Why am I shadow banned? I'm a good Redditor!" So, since I can't read AITAH posts, I head on over to YouTube to watch knitting and crochet vids. I notice that all of the comments on every video are restricted. What the hell? Long story short, the host has restricted access to certain sites. What in Farenheit 451 is going on here?
This place has several 10 star glowing reviews. Would I be wrong if I give them less than 10? I want to tell them that they need to update this listing to say that it can at best accommodate 3 adults, and that the Internet is restricted. I'm fine with whatever house rules people have--this one said no cleats inside, and no smoking, vaping, or weed. I don't wear cleats, and I don't smoke or vape so no problem there. But be upfront. If you don't want people to access sites you find questionable, state that. I don't want to come off like a Karen, but I'm a little annoyed with this whole house.

hi guys. im taking euro this year and im worried about my grade in the class because my teacher isn’t great and im not grasping the information. my euro teacher is very discombobulated and forgets important things to assign and teach us frequently. he tries to be more like our friend than a teacher, as he constantly talks about things that have nothing to do with euro and is always making jokes. i’ve talked to other classmates and they also agree they haven’t learned much. my biggest concern is LEQs/ DBQs/ SAQs. he didn’t teach us how to write these things and has been giving them as tests lately and i haven’t been doing great. i feel so lost in the class, which is sad because i used to love history. does anyone have any advice?
