Hi all, male in my mid-20s who passed a kidney stone (3mm) last night for the first time. The entire experience of pain was a few hours and it was pretty unbearable, definitely the worst pain I’ve ever felt—but upon doing research I’m learning that it can be much worse with bigger stones or stents. (The doc was nice and said 3mm was big but I can’t imagine the pain for a stone even larger)
Coming on to ask what things — food, supplements, physical activities, etc. — you swear by or avoid at all costs? What makes a difference for you in avoiding stones or coping when they pass? Is there anything I should be doing today to avoid passing a stone again?
I’ll do anything I can to not have a stone pass again if it’s within my “lifestyle-changes” ability! I know much of it could be out of my control, but is there anything I could or should do?

Good morning everyone. I own a mazda 3, 2016 manual transmission car, I bought it in May 2023 at 88.000km (54k miles) on the dash and has above 103 000km (64k miles) as of today.
My question is about a lowering kit that was installed on this car prior to it being sold to me without any mention of it by the dealership. I noticed in in spring 2024 when it was making noise, the mechanic appointment by the warranty pointed it out. I didn't pay much attention to it back then, but now, I'm wondering how to deal with it. I didn't disclose it to my insurance because I had no clue about it back then (it also hads a huge insurance fee), but it has now damaged my front bumper getting out of a driveway.
Should I confront the dealership about it? Talk to my insurance? Contact a lawyer? I'm not a car guy and new-ish to Canada so I'd like some guidance please and thank you.
TLDR: dealership sold me a car with a lowering kit installed on it without any mention of it, I'm wondering now how to deal with the consequences.

I'm 20 years old and have no friends anymore. Have never had a girlfriend before. I know it's my fault for isolating myself and failing to control my anxiety, but I'm not sure how to change. I am Autistic and have social anxiety, Going to college makes me feel incredibly alone. When I try to reach out to people and establish friends, even if it's just online, I freeze up and don't know what to say. Even when I do know what to say, I always feel awkward and silly.
I can't even form entire phrases when I do have the opportunity to communicate with someone. Especially talking to a girl. I Stutter and stutter. Even when I know what I want to say, I struggle to express it. Who on earth would be patient enough to listen to me? How could I potentially attract someone if I tried to communicate with them? I can't even speak with them clearly. I am not worth anyone's time.
I feel so distant from everyone, even my family, but especially from myself, it's as if I'm not linked to this body, which is an awful feeling. Every day, I feel this way yet act like I don't. I go to work and college and talk to people as normally as possible, trying not to appear to be on autopilot that I feel I am in always.

E foi aí que eu resolvi falar logo de uma vez para ele sobre os meus sentimentos.
A reação dele foi bem...estranha, já que ele meio que desconversou, e vendo que ele parecia não sentir o mesmo, resolvi ficar quieta e deixar passar. Continuamos conversando, mas quando eu vi, ele estava mandando indiretas e falando coisas de duplo sentido. E sim, aconteceu que nós trocamos fotos íntimas, eu sei que foi idiota de minha parte, mas sabe aquele sentimento de amor realizado, quando você vê pelo menos uma mínima atração vinda do homem que você gosta a meses? Então, eu não consegui negar, ainda mais quando ele diz que me desejava e me queria.
Mas agora vejo o quão idiota eu fui, já que desejo e amor, são coisas completamente diferentes.
Acho que a minha ficha caiu quando ele mandou "vamos deixar isso entre nós, não quero ser o assunto principal entre nossos conhecidos". Eu concordei, mesmo sabendo que machucaria muito ver que mesmo depois dele ter visto coisas tão íntimas, ele continuaria me tratando como a "amiga engraçada"
Agora ele age como se nada tivesse acontecido, como se ele não tivesse visto meus seios ou como se eu não tivesse visto o pênis dele.
Eu fui idiota, e me deixei levar pelo meu sentimento que nunca vai ser retribuído.
