It’s day 8 for me and I’m still extremely stuffed and coughing up phlegm. Does anyone have any suggestions to help? I’m going crazy over here. I have been blowing my nose endlessly, I recently started getting blood in my mucus when I blow my nose. I think it’s from blowing it so much.

2024.11.29 11:32 uxuiqt Low rpm efforts to prepare for steep climbs?
This year I started racing and it already happened twice that at the end of the race there was a 20-25% climb that I was not able to finish on the bike so at the last bit I had to get off and push the bike which felt quite humiliating tbh (even though there were a lot of us doing it). Now I have 52-36 on the front and 11-30 on the back that I would rather not touch, unless the vast majority suggests otherwise.
I was thinking about doing my vo2max efforts with low rpm (60ish) from now on, would it prepare me more for these climbs? I usually do them on 95rpm. Any other suggestions maybe?
I was also feeling my knees suffering a bit on these climbs, maybe I should start with lower intensity?
Any advice is appreciated.

Contenu du sondage
Le sondage comportait une question principale ainsi que des questions ouvertes pour permettre aux participants d’exprimer leurs opinions : • Question principale : Lisez-vous des livres numériques ? 1. Oui, régulièrement. 2. Oui, occasionnellement. 3. Non, jamais. • Questions ouvertes (facultatives) : 1. Quels sont, selon vous, les avantages des livres numériques ? 2. Quels sont les inconvénients majeurs pour vous ? 3. Pensez-vous que le livre numérique pourrait remplacer le livre papier un jour ?
Résultats des plateformes
1. Sur Reddit : Analyse comparative : Sur Reddit, une majorité des participants lisent régulièrement des livres numériques, ce qui peut refléter une communauté plus jeune ou plus technophile. En revanche, sur Facebook, la majorité des réponses proviennent de personnes qui n’ont jamais essayé de lire un livre numérique, probablement en raison de différences démographiques entre les deux plateformes.

So I'll be straightforward im not a mnk player i only recently switched and most of my experience is from rust.
Now with that said i have a few questions on how the ai work. So a couple buddies and i decided we wanted some better gear after doing a bunch of missions in ku vangsa. So i ran my happy ass to all the lzs near pha lang ap, ybl,hp,ms.
We went to hunters paradise after finding out we unlocked artisan. We didnt struggle really we did get some bs deaths as they started to respawn on us for taking too long to clear out and loot but nothing too crazy. We decided once we had some decently kitted weapons and found some better ammo to push from hp into midnight saph (just the outer golfcourse road) nothing crazy. I personally died maybe twice they were all head or throat shots it seems to be a consistent issue and it happened consistently when they full auto us (i think mine were mosin but my buddy was getting autoed to the head or throat, once to the chest) . I stocked up on one of the new 5.54 and 7.62 weapons and ammo from these dudes along with various other pieces of gear. We decided to head south at the end of the road in ms to go back to after one of my guys was getting frustrated with the fact he went there with the best armor in the game and died to 1 shot to the chest and it went from 90% to 20% durability and me getting endlessly headshot. As we were going back all of us died to 1 dude on the road who legit used full auto from maybe 100m and it wasnt just 1 at a time we syncrounously went down. I went into a coma and the others died to a head shot and the other to a chest wound. We went back and got our stuff after i rambo'd in with a ak47 with sp rounds. when i say i mag dumped this dude im not joking. They decided fuck this cuz they were mad and frustrated with the ai. I decided to stay on and they watched me till i got off. I decided i wanted to go to pha lang with my new bad ass gear and just screw around killing shit. Welp i didnt even make it passed the beginning of the strip. I killed 2 out of the 4 enemies i was shooting. I was shooting from 100-250m away from the bushes cuz i couldn't push cover yet. This ai however was being weird he was dancing and warping all over. I shit you not i dumped 2 mags of fmjs, ps and m855(i think thats what it is called) and this guy was not going down. I hit 2 consecutive head shots and the rest were body shots (i saw the blood come off his head) and he was just not dying but he was full auto into me from 150-300m as he was dancing. So i ran back healed and i did this maybe 3 times before i gave up and decided to go back to ku to do my missions. I still had some good ammo left so i ran to ku. I get to ku and the same shit is happening they're eating full mags, headshots, body shots etc and i nearly died 3 or more times. Decided to go back and got my beginer stuff and had 0 issues so i Decided to evac and call it a night.
I want to know wtf im doing wrong and why the ai are eating through my good shit but when i when i went back with crappy stuff i was doing fine.
