has anyone else noticed how stank SWEARS s can roll but yet is still swaddling him with his arms up? either he can’t roll and she’s lying or that poor baby is SO behind on his milestones because of his parents neglect. Sometimes I feel like I’m trapped by my own inability to refuse others. Whenever someone asks for my help, I always end up saying yes—even when I know deep down that it’s not what I want. It’s not that I don’t want to help people, but I hate how automatic my agreement is, like I don’t even have a choice.
I’ve been reflecting on this and wondering why I find it so hard to say no. Maybe it’s because I fear disappointing others or being seen as selfish. Or perhaps it’s because I value harmony and don’t want to create conflict. Could it be that I’ve tied my self-worth to being helpful, to feeling needed?
The frustrating part is that every time I say yes against my will, a small part of me feels resentful—both toward the person asking and toward myself for not standing my ground. It’s a cycle that’s exhausting, and it makes me dislike this aspect of my personality even more.
I want to be someone who can set boundaries, who can say no when it’s necessary, and who doesn’t feel guilty about it afterward. But how do I break out of this pattern?

So this autumn I was diagnosed with BP2. Dr prescribed lithium and 75mg of sertraline.
My mood became stable, anxiety disappeared, but I started feeling like in a dream, very tired, apathetic, depressed.
Dr decided to change sertraline to fluoxetine (prozac). What are your experiences with this med? Really hoping it will work better that sertraline.

Servus, in meiner Arbeitswohnung gibt es immer wieder Stress mit dem Vermieter und aktuell ist mir nicht 100% klar wer der Vermieter ist.
Heute kam dann der Brief mit der tollen Info, dass das Versorgungsunternehmen eine Absperrung der Fernwärmeversorgung nächste Woche vornehmen wird, weil der Vermieter (Große Berliner Firma) nicht seine Rechnung zahlt. Ich glaube ich brauche nicht zu sagen das es im Winter kacke ist ohne Heizung und Warm Wasser dazustehen. Hat schon jemand mit sowas Erfahrung? Wie viel Mietminderung kann man ungefähr bei sowas durchsetzen?
