Kürzlich habe ich mein Netzwerk auf 2,5 Gbit/s umgestellt. Dafür habe ich einen Realtek USB-2,5 GB Ethernet Adapter mit meinem Rechner verbunden.
Die Geschwindigkeit stimmt und die 2,5 Gbit/s werden erreicht. Nur: Sowohl bei lokalen Übertragungen (zum NAS), als auch Downloads (sowohl über Chrome, als auch über z.B. Steam) wird mein Rechner langsamer und friert teilweise ein. Das Bild hängt, der Ton bleibt hängen, die Eingabe erfolgt verzögert. Das geht solange weiter, bis der Download abgeschlossen ist. Danach ist alles wieder normal.
Das Problem besteht auch, wenn ich im abgesicherten Modus boote. Brauche ich zur Lösung einen anderen Netzwerkadapter / eine Netzwerkkarte? Ich betreibe den identischen USB Adapter an meinem Synology NAS und kann dort keine Probleme feststellen.

I don’t want to change the medication because I’m starting to feel better, but I’m concerned about my bowels. Started on 50mg and upped to 100mg 2 weeks ago.
I’m 6 weeks in and still having explosive (sorry) diarrhoea every other day. And the days I don’t have it, I’m constipated. Is this normal for Zoloft?? I’m worried that maybe it’s something else going on and not the medication but it started at the same time so highly unlikely.

I've got ADHD on top of panic disorder and I mixed up my medicine count for this week. Didn't realize I wasn't taking fluoxetine for 5 days straight. I only noticed because my panic disorder symptoms are back in full swing. Does anyone know if I'll be able to ever get off meds, or will this just be my life from now on? Does it ever get better on its own? I really thought I had it under control as it's been months since my last attack. But now I know I was just being held up by meds and will probably be held up by meds forever. Idk it just feels so hopeless.
