So when I was pre-warned with a weeks notice, I dreaded coming in this week.

Hello. I randomly got Seborhic dermatitis last year around October at the age of 29. Also I am male. Either severe stress caused mine because I just went through a bad breakup or it's just a coincidence that it appeared for its first time a couple weeks after this huge streasor. I'm going to tell you guys what products I use, what I do to prevent a outbreak and how I clear it up along with some tips. Just know that everyone is different so what has worked for me may not work for you.
What causes a outbreak for me? Not shaving every couple days will result in a outbreak on my mustache line, chin, cheeks beside my nose and somehow it even affects my eye brow areas. I try to stay on top of shaving. I shave every 3 days. Facial hair me Is a huge trigger so I try to stay clean shaven.
I also believe that water intake is related to a outbreak or worsening the condition. I have tested how sebderm reacts to being dehydrated vs hydrated and for ME being hydrated will not only help prevent a outbreak but also help clear it up. It really helps with the flaky and dryness, and also seems to help clear up the redness if I combine staying hydrated with the products I use.

  1. The first product I go to right away to treat my sebderm is 1% hydrocortisone. My doctor prescribed me this and at first I was really upset because this is something you can buy over the counter. Also I have heard some stories of people using hydrocortisone with success but then when the sebderm returns it would be very severe and full blast. I gave the %1 hydrocortisone a shot and it helped clear it up for ME. I would apply it to the affected areas 2-3 times a day and within just 1-4 days it would clear up for me. The redness would go down little by little everyday until it was gone. The dryness and burning sensation would stop. All my dry flaky skin would dissappear. If you all have not tried hydrocortisone I would highly recommend it. You can also get hydrocortisone in different strengths. I believe you can buy up to 1.5 or %2 over the counter but you can get stronger ones if you get a prescription from your doctor. If 1% percent doesn't do anything for you, keep trying higher strengths.
The second product I use is a moisturizer. I use 1 of these 2 moisturizers depending what's on sale. Cetaphil moisturizing cream and Neutogena hydro boost SPF. The hydro boost works better for me but it only comes in a small container so it is more expensive. If you do buy the hydro boost, buy the SPF version. The other versions I have tried and didn't even feel like a moisturizer. It also has an amazing cooling affect so if your sebderm is burning, this will feel very soothing for you. I find that using a moisturizer helps with the flaky skin and dryness that comes along with sebderm. I'll apply it as many times as I can throughout the day. Especially before bed so your face and heal while you sleep. Sometimes applying the moisturizer can make your sebderm more red shortly after applying it but for me that's normal and after a bit it will eventually start to go down in redness. I have heard that using a moisturizer can feed the yeast on your skin making sebderm worse but for ME that is not the case.
1 thing I do that may seem gross to a lot of you but I don't care because it really has helped cure my sebderm is I try to avoid putting water on my face because it worsens my sebderm and drys it out. Yes I do shower but I really try to make sure that water doesn't come in contact eith my face. Obviously if your in the shower some water will get on your face and that'd fine but I don't just dunk my head under the shower, I try to be careful snd make sure I don't dry my face out. I don't suffer from acne or anything so doing this has been great for my sebderm.
Deffinetly try out these products and tips. It has worked for ME and I hope it works for you.

Only 2-3 hours into gta 3 DE and holy shit I’m having so much, fun chatterbox fm is making me chuckle the whole time, the early 2000s wild npcs are amazing, I think the graphics look great and I like the cartoony vibe. I agree rockstar should have waited and made the DE more polished and perfect but I never played the originals cos I was to young, only started gta with IV and V then played SA ps3 port when I was in my early teens always wanted to play them all and now I am. I think the ppl still nitpicking the DE are viewing the games through rose coloured nostalgia glasses and expecting the DE to bring back the feelings they had as a kid which is impossible so to deal with that void they nitpick it to death even tho I think the beauty is in the flaws in these games but idk I’m not a hardcore gamer or know anything about programming just a casual gamer but man are these games timeless and the humor was so ahead of its time

2024.11.29 12:40 skech1e Does anyone know where can I get Naruto episodes with subs done by older fansubs?

I am rewatching Naruto but the episodes I have locally stored (got them in 2012 from coolDBZ.com i think) are in 360p quality in rmvb format with low quality mono audio. So far I have checked on animepahe, kaido, 9anime, 4anime. Their subs don't include the japanese text on screen even if they are relevant. In multiple instances I have found, the translation is sort of incorrect. One such instance is at the title of Episode 53- it says "Long time no see. Jiraiya Returns!". On my locally stored ones it says "Coming soon! Perverted Hermit" which is correct as it says "Ero-Sennin" in the audio. Do note that Jiraiya's name or his identity is not revealed at this point.
So here I ask, does anyone know where I could find episodes subbed by good fansubs- streaming site or torrent? The ones I have are ANBU and AnimeOne subs. I have added few images for reference. I like this sub as not only it translates relevant japanese text on screen but also translation is fairly accurate with a good font. I know HorribleSubs they subbed Shippuuden but I don't know whether they subbed Naruto as well.

Question before purchasing Lopi nexgen large flush wood insert.
Just me and my wife in the house. We both work during the day. Have a gas furnace for supplemental heat which plan to set at 62 degrees. 2300 Square foot house. Looking for heat 6-7 hours a day during the week. Obviously going to have to start a fire every afternoon this way. I get home 2 hours before my wife so I will be the only one cold for a bit at least I hope. Am I saving a fair amount of firewood overtime this way or does it make more sense to continue a slow burn as much as possible? Insert is in family room where we spend 90 percent of our afternoon and kitchen is next to it with large window view to kitchen.
My main goal with buying an insert is to save money so just seeing what I can get away with to save as much $$$ as possible.
