وهل التوبة وحدها تكفر هذا الذنب ؟ أم أنه لن يغفر الله له وسيعاقب يوم القيامة ما لم يطبق بحقه الحد الشرعي حد الزنا ؟ أرجو الإجابة من الكتاب والسنة وجزاكم الله خيراً . الأولى: من أكره على اللواط بضرب أو تهديد بالقتل ونحوه، فإنه لا حد عليه. قال في “شرح منتهى الإرادات” (3/348): ” ولا حد إن أكره ملوط به على اللواط بإلجاءٍ بأن غلبه الواطئ على نفسه أو بتهديد بنحو ... اتَّفَقَ الْفُقَهَاءُ عَلَى أَنَّهُ لا حَدَّ فِي السِّحَاقِ ; لأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ زِنًى . وَإِنَّمَا يَجِبُ فِيهِ التَّعْزِيرُ ; لأَنَّهُ مَعْصِيَةٌ اهـ . وقال ابن قدامة (9/59) : وأما عقوبة الاغتصاب في الشرع : فعلى المغتصب حد الزنا ، وهو الرجم إن كان محصناً ، وجلد مائة وتغريب عام إن كان غير محصن . ويوجب عليه بعض العلماء أن يدفع مهر المرأة . قال الإمام مالك رحمه الله : قال الله تعالى في بيان حد الزاني البكر - أي غير المحصن - : ( الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ ... ما هو الصحيح ( على حدا ) أو ( على حدى ) أو ( على حدة ) مشاركات مفتوحة في علوم (( اللغة العربية )) يشترط في الزنا الذي يوجب الحد أن يتم الإيلاج، وهو إدخال حشفة الذكر في الفرج، فلو لم يدخلها أو أدخل بعضها فليس عليه الحد. مقدمات الزنا من اللمس والتقبيل ووضع الفرج على الفرج من غير إيلاج، لا تأخذ حكم الزنا، ولا يحد ... " والله تعالى له حد لا يعلمه أحد غيره ، ولا يجوز لأحد أن يتوهم لحده غاية في نفسه ، ولكن يؤمن بالحد ، ويَكِل علم ذلك إلى الله . ولمكانه أيضا حد ، وهو على عرشه فوق سماواته . فهذان حدان اثنان " . انتهى . ولما كان مقصد التعزير هو التأديب ، كان الأصل ألا يبلغ التعزير إلى حد القتل بحال من الأحوال ، لكن لما رأى الفقهاء أن بعض الأدلة الصريحة من الكتاب والسنة تدل على إيقاع عقوبة القتل على هذا الوجه ... " فلا حد على المجنون والصبي باتفاق؛ لأن الحد عقوبة محضة ، فتستدعي جناية محضة، وفعل الصبي والمجنون : لا يوصف بالجناية ؛ فلا حد عليهما لعدم الجناية منهما " انتهى.

So I finally watched the movie yesterday. And after I finished it I immediately went online to see how fans interpret it. I've seen tons of comments and post (especially on Tiktok) idolising Tyler Durden and his ideology. I get it - "Don't let the things you own, own you", live freely without things (like money and possessions) holding you back etc. It's a good message.
But at one point this entire thing totally escalates. Members of Project Mayhem not only throw away their lives, they throw away themselves and their identities. They believe that nothing matters and become an extremely dangerous group. The narrator then tries to put an end to Tyler's plans because he realises they went too far. If I'm being honest, Tyler's actions made me feel very uneasy even before Project Mayhem. The chemical burn, holding a man at gunpoint etc. It was always eery to me.
From what I understand, neither the narrator nor Tyler were in the right. The narrator lived an unhappy life in a consumeristic society and Tyler basically just allowed him (and others) to run away from everything in a very unhealthy way. I guess a good way to live would be to find some kind of middle ground? Yet I always see people online quoting Tyler and getting inspired by his words as if he wasn't the antagonist by the end of the movie.
Is there something I'm missing? Is Tyler's nihilistic world view really meant to inspire and resonate with us? Or are people only ever referring to the first half of the movie before things escalate?

Hi!
I've done TRE a few times (by myself) and successfully induced tremors in my legs. However lately, I've been experiencing spontaneous tremoring in my upper abdomen while just relaxing and paying attention to my body.
I basically lay down and pay attention to any feelings/sensations in my body. Every time, without fail, my upper abs will start contracting. These contractions are pretty strong, to the point where I have to support my neck, because my whole upper body lifts up. One time, during one of these spasms I had a brief flashback to a traumatic event and started crying, so I realise some type of release is going on. The ab area also makes a lot of sense, because I've been tensing my abs constantly since I was a child. I will also experience these same spasms after orgasming.
My question is, has anyone experience with this? Should I limit the time or sessions in any way (right now I'm doing this once per day, before going to sleep)? And would it be beneficial to still do TRE sessions where I induce tremors with the exercises, so I also release tension from my legs as well?
I would be grateful for any type of input. :)

I'm about an hour into the game and still on the tale to find the blacksmith brother but on the way there I encounter groups of Mongols but cannot defeat them. In fact some of the "heavy" hitters seem to have armor that even once I dodge their attack and get around their shield, my attacks still have zero impact. Is there something I'm missing here???
