Hello po.
I (21F) dropped out of college in the middle of the school year because of mental health issues. I was hoping to immediately get back to studying this school year, but unfortunately hindi po ako nakapasa sa pinag-apply-an kong college.
Months in, and I'm stuck sa bahay with an emotionally, mentally, and verbally abusive mother. When I was younger, she was way more physically abusive as well, but not anymore since I've grown up and can defend myself. But I digress.
I need help. How do I find a job? I have no special skills (unless you count being fluent in English as one). I've never had any prior job experiences. How do I write a resume? Where should I start?
I really need help. I'm completely clueless. I was never taught these things. Dati nung nanghihingi ako sa kaniya ng tulong, puro "basta, malalaman mo rin 'yan" ang sagot. I don't know. Please, please help.
I'm so sorry in advance for being completely ignorant on how this works. But any advice can help.

Fuuuuckit! 😁 Played the waiting game, but HD Canada plays the #zerofucksgiven game, and had no killer in-store deals this AM, so i grabbed the 2562, along with a XC5.0 battery for it. Not an astounding deal like our American brothers & sisters get, but it was $311.88 walking out the door (txs in). Considering i paid $150 for a 2554 back in March, this is still a good deal - for us Canadians. 😄
Looks like somebody will be getting my BN 2554 for Christmas! 😂

2024.11.29 12:49 ClxtchyTV I keep hearing my name being called in the morning.

This literally happened just 20 minutes ago and I'm still shaking.
The first event was roughly 2 weeks ago. I was up early in the morning and went for a little walk around my house in the snow. As soon as I got right behind the house I heard what sounded like my dad calling my name from the front door. My dad is never awake at this time and I'd heard tales of things that mimic voices. I was terrified and hurried inside, almost running. Went to my parents room and surely enough... asleep.
Then this just happened 30 minutes ago. I'm still shaking. I was getting back from some black friday shopping and the time I got home was probably right around the same time as the previous incident. The sun is rising and there's lots of daylight. As I get halfway up the porch, I hear it again. This time it was my mom's voice who had left for work about an hour prior. It sounded like it was coming from the dense pine woods across the road. It called my name 2 times, the first was very clear and noticeable. I clearly made out my name and the voice. The 2nd time was kinda muffled and sounded far away. They were within 5 seconds of each other. This time, instead of panicking and running back in, I ignored it (somehow remained calm) and unlocked the door to go inside. Needless to say I locked and deadbolted it right away. About 10 minutes later I heard a noise that sounded like something was pushing on the door. It wasn't a knocking or anything, just sounded like it was being pushed on. Another 10 minutes later it happened again. As of typing this it's been 30 minutes after the voices and I have not heard it again since.
For additional context, I live in western Pennsylvania, about 20 minutes away from the closest town, which is Punxsutawney.
Really hoping someone here can help me relax and provide me with some information on staying safe and avoiding this.
