my paypal when i go to update my number says “cannot remove an email that is primary.” ive already logged in confirmed my email and all that so im just confused what the problem is. i tried calling tech support but it just wasnt going anywhere so i wanted to try here as well before i tried calling again, if anyone knows id be super grateful i’m stuck using just my phone at the moment so no laptop or desktop either. happy holidays everyone and thanks for helping if you can:)

Hi everyone! Alright, this one is *super vague* but I hope it might ring a bell in someone's memory. I remember getting a CD with the demos of some games back in the first half of the 90s, and there was an RPG with a couple of scenes that for some reason has stuck in my memory; but of course I don't remember the name of the game. Mechanically it was a typical RPG of the era, where each screen was a whole "tile" in 1st-person view and if you moved North, South, West or East you moved to a different tile. The couple of scenes that I remember are:
- You met a priest or monk, and talking to him at some point he said he couldn't reveal more because it was told to him under secret of confession.
- More or less nearby, there was a dark forest where it was super easy to get lost.
As vague as it gets, I understand, but at the same time it couldn't have been a very obscure game, what with having a demo included in some magazine's promotional CD (and being translated to another language, for good measure).
Any clues?

So I finally watched the movie yesterday. And after I finished it I immediately went online to see how fans interpret it. I've seen tons of comments and post (especially on Tiktok) idolising Tyler Durden and his ideology. I get it - "Don't let the things you own, own you", live freely without things (like money and possessions) holding you back etc. It's a good message.
But at one point this entire thing totally escalates. Members of Project Mayhem not only throw away their lives, they throw away themselves and their identities. They believe that nothing matters and become an extremely dangerous group. The narrator then tries to put an end to Tyler's plans because he realises they went too far. If I'm being honest, Tyler's actions made me feel very uneasy even before Project Mayhem. The chemical burn, holding a man at gunpoint etc. It was always eery to me.
From what I understand, neither the narrator nor Tyler were in the right. The narrator lived an unhappy life in a consumeristic society and Tyler basically just allowed him (and others) to run away from everything in a very unhealthy way. I guess a good way to live would be to find some kind of middle ground? Yet I always see people online quoting Tyler and getting inspired by his words as if he wasn't the antagonist by the end of the movie.
Is there something I'm missing? Is Tyler's nihilistic world view really meant to inspire and resonate with us? Or are people only ever referring to the first half of the movie before things escalate?

Hi!
I've done TRE a few times (by myself) and successfully induced tremors in my legs. However lately, I've been experiencing spontaneous tremoring in my upper abdomen while just relaxing and paying attention to my body.
I basically lay down and pay attention to any feelings/sensations in my body. Every time, without fail, my upper abs will start contracting. These contractions are pretty strong, to the point where I have to support my neck, because my whole upper body lifts up. One time, during one of these spasms I had a brief flashback to a traumatic event and started crying, so I realise some type of release is going on. The ab area also makes a lot of sense, because I've been tensing my abs constantly since I was a child. I will also experience these same spasms after orgasming.
My question is, has anyone experience with this? Should I limit the time or sessions in any way (right now I'm doing this once per day, before going to sleep)? And would it be beneficial to still do TRE sessions where I induce tremors with the exercises, so I also release tension from my legs as well?
I would be grateful for any type of input. :)
