Yes, it's sad but that certain classmate kase was cheating his way all throughout the last semester and obtained a higher grade than those who had worked hard. Am I a bad person po to think that this trial he's facing right now is a consequence of how he was during college? I really dont want to think or judge pero I just hate cheaters naman kase talaga. Did something happen to the Xmas tree in Sundance Square? Me and the family wanted to see the lights and tree after Thanksgiving dinner and it looked terrible. No lights, half decorated, and the tree looked dead.
I thought they had all the Christmas stuff up and going for the Parade of Lights. But I don't think I saw any decorations outside of the tree.

so basically whenever i hover over a menu with buttons to press my controller disables then re enables after 1 second but it doesnt freeze or disable itself whenever im not about to click something im not sure whats happening cause i dont even have to click anything i just have to point at the button and the controller thats pointing freezes it also happens with the ingame scroll looking menu but the game is the exact same as long as i dont put the pointer near any buttons

Vagyunk abban a szerencsés helyzetben, hogy a törlesztőt szinte teljes mértékben fedezi egy másik, teher mentes lakás. Látva a jelenlegi, elképesztő ingatlanhelyzetet megfordult a fejemben, hogy lehet érdemes lenne, akár egy dupla jelzálogos, minimális ráfordítással még egy ingatlant vásárolni. Hosszútávon konkrétan magát fizeti ki és ha nincs előtörlesztés, még akkor is nyugdíjas évekre egy jó alapot adhat.
A jövőbe sajnos én se látok, és abban se hiszek, hogy ez az ingatlanár növekedési tendencia nem fog megtorpanni, viszont azt is szerintem érdemes számításba venni, hogy előbb-utóbb itthon is eljutunk abba a nyugati felfogásba, hogy az ingatlan luxus lesz, ami mellett az albérlet piac mindig stabil marad, sőt egyre nagyobb igény lesz rá.
Tehát a kérdés - érdemes lenne inkább minden erővel előtörleszteni vagy inkább érdemes lenne felvenni még egy hitelt, ami esetleg pont akkora összegű lenne, mint a kiadásból származó bevétel?

I swear to god so many people just lump all pop music into the same thing. It’s like they think all pop music is about sex meanwhile the songs that they like in their preferred genres are also about sex. At this point I’m pretty sure the actual problem is that they think singing about sex is fine as long it’s men doing it. And most pop music isn’t about sex. Ironically it’s the opposite since break up songs tend to be the most popular.
