Hi! Me and my boyfriend have known each other since we were 12 and recently reconnected and got in to relationship, moving very fast which I am aware is probably part of our issue.
My boyfriend is currently grounded and has been for a few weeks, he said originally that his mum would be grounding him for 8 weeks and I agree with her punishing him for what he's done. However, he has been sneaking his phone to speak to me and gradually started acting less and less like himself. I was concerned and would regularly ask if Soemthing was wrong or if there was somthing I could do to support him, but he'd just say he was sick and tired from Muay Thai. Anyway at some point during his grounding he emailed me on our school emails talking about how he felt sick since another girl had kissed him whilst he was taking hits of the vape that was being passed around (He has a drug problem, we are working on it.) However a girl who doesn't like him messaged me telling me that the situation was not what it seemed and that they made out and were engaging in semi-sexual acts. Obviously, I confronted him and he denied it promising that she kissed him and he didn't want it. Next, after a few days he seemed to act EVEN LESS like himself and asked if we could take a break until he's ungrounded. I agreed and set boundaries - no flirting with others, etc. To him, having me tagged in his Instagram bio was an important thing since it showed that he wasn't single, it was never important to me since I'm not someone who cares heavily about social media but I tagged him in my bio too to respect his wishes. When we went on our break he removed me from the bio and I explained to him I would be more comfortable if he kept it there considering he wasn't single, we were just on a break so that he didn't have to keep sneaking his phone and risk getting caught, therefore extending the period he's grounded for. He agreed and put me back, but whilst I was sleeping removed me again and I confronted him again - he explained it was uncomfortable whislt we were on our break and turned off his location/activity status on Snapchat. However only 2 days later he decided we shouldn't be on a break because he's able to sneak his phone easily, or something along those lines however everything was moving very fast and I said I wanted some alone time for 2 hours. Whilst I was gone he put me back in his bio and turned his activity status back on. I apologised for needing soem alone time and he started returning somewhat to normal, sending pictures and saying he loved me but he was still very dry. He had me go to sleep since I was tired and I obliged after some convincing. When I woke up I said my usual goodmorning however he has been online multiple times and not opened my message.
Since I'm autistic, I have access to the nurture base at my school. I have a good relationship with the main staff member there and talk to her about my problems a lot, she's like a grandmotherly figure to me. She suggested that maybe he had just had a wobble, realising that he had a girlfriend and that things were real between us and that maybe all he needs is space, which I've been trying to give him. However, I feel like there are things not being communicated to me on his end and that hurts. In a picture he sent me I can clearly see that he has been self harming which he would usually inform me about but nothing. I'm really worried about him and I just want to know what's going on
How do i communicate my worries to him without offending him, or how should I move forward??

Panic!!!
I just did a 30% water change and my fish started acting weird. Lying on the bottom breathing heavily and not being able to swim. I just lost my fox face and now my coral beauty is dead as well. My clowns are still fighting. What do I do? I did measure the salinity and other parameters (PH, alk and so on) before I added the water. I use aqua forest reef salt. I’m lost for words
