I'm about an hour into the game and still on the tale to find the blacksmith brother but on the way there I encounter groups of Mongols but cannot defeat them. In fact some of the "heavy" hitters seem to have armor that even once I dodge their attack and get around their shield, my attacks still have zero impact. Is there something I'm missing here???

Hello. I randomly got Seborhic dermatitis last year around October at the age of 29. Also I am male. Either severe stress caused mine because I just went through a bad breakup or it's just a coincidence that it appeared for its first time a couple weeks after this huge streasor. I'm going to tell you guys what products I use, what I do to prevent a outbreak and how I clear it up along with some tips. Just know that everyone is different so what has worked for me may not work for you.
What causes a outbreak for me? Not shaving every couple days will result in a outbreak on my mustache line, chin, cheeks beside my nose and somehow it even affects my eye brow areas. I try to stay on top of shaving. I shave every 3 days. Facial hair me Is a huge trigger so I try to stay clean shaven.
I also believe that water intake is related to a outbreak or worsening the condition. I have tested how sebderm reacts to being dehydrated vs hydrated and for ME being hydrated will not only help prevent a outbreak but also help clear it up. It really helps with the flaky and dryness, and also seems to help clear up the redness if I combine staying hydrated with the products I use.
- The first product I go to right away to treat my sebderm is 1% hydrocortisone. My doctor prescribed me this and at first I was really upset because this is something you can buy over the counter. Also I have heard some stories of people using hydrocortisone with success but then when the sebderm returns it would be very severe and full blast. I gave the %1 hydrocortisone a shot and it helped clear it up for ME. I would apply it to the affected areas 2-3 times a day and within just 1-4 days it would clear up for me. The redness would go down little by little everyday until it was gone. The dryness and burning sensation would stop. All my dry flaky skin would dissappear. If you all have not tried hydrocortisone I would highly recommend it. You can also get hydrocortisone in different strengths. I believe you can buy up to 1.5 or %2 over the counter but you can get stronger ones if you get a prescription from your doctor. If 1% percent doesn't do anything for you, keep trying higher strengths.
1 thing I do that may seem gross to a lot of you but I don't care because it really has helped cure my sebderm is I try to avoid putting water on my face because it worsens my sebderm and drys it out. Yes I do shower but I really try to make sure that water doesn't come in contact eith my face. Obviously if your in the shower some water will get on your face and that'd fine but I don't just dunk my head under the shower, I try to be careful snd make sure I don't dry my face out. I don't suffer from acne or anything so doing this has been great for my sebderm.
Deffinetly try out these products and tips. It has worked for ME and I hope it works for you.
