Idk. I set up a macro to play a sound clip for notifications and override DND/silent. And it worked. I no longer needed it and lazily uninstalled instead of disabling/deleting the macro from inside the app.
But it's still playing? I even deleted the sound clip I used. Still going.

I have two kids. So does my sister. She and her family visit about once a year for a week and we also go out there about once a week. We live in time zones three hours apart; mine is the earlier one. When we visit them, we adjust to the new time in a day or two.
When she visits us, she insists on keeping her family on their time zone, because, she says, it will be too hard to adjust when they go home. This means that they stay up until midnight, while my kids are going to bed at 9. They are relatively quiet but thereās talking and TV and toilet flushes and so on, and I donāt say anything about it.
But when we get up, she repeatedly admonishes us to be silent in the house so they can sleep in until 9 or even 10 am. These are smaller kidsāthey wake up at 6 or 7. We arenāt loud at allāno TV, just quiet computer time and some use of the bathroom. But every time she comes, the comments are endless and she reminds us every night before going to bed that we need to be very quiet in the morning.
Thing is, her kids donāt follow her rules and get up by 7 or 8ā¦and she and her husband still stay in bed until 9 or 10. And itās HER kids who are super loud. Stomping and yelling and starting rough-house games early in the morning. I end up trying to shush them all and get them fed and find activities for them while she and her husband sleep every morning. And the clear implication (if not explicitly stated) is that this is what I SHOULD do, because itās my familyās fault they woke up so early.
This is a longstanding problem. Since they were born, she has made demands about how we must prepare our house for their visits. With the first baby, they actually asked us to give up our master suite so they could take care of the baby through the night. We did. I guess that was the mistake, because the next year they wanted it again, and again. This was never reciprocated when we visited themāwe all four have to pile into a small guest room with an air mattress on the floor.
Finally, when the second baby was a toddler, we said no to this, and they asked for our kidsā rooms. The kids could sleep with us, they said. But she also wanted to send ahead āa few thingsā for the bedroom. I cautiously agreed, and a few days later received four Amazon boxes with the instruction to be careful opening everything because at the end of their visit they wanted to send everything back for a full refund.
The boxes included blackout curtains (which are already in those rooms, but theyāre white with black backing and she didnāt believe white could work, so these were black black out curtains I was supposed to hang. There were also white noise machines (and now she brings her own and runs them at full volume), stuffed toys to match her kidsā toys at their home, special nightlights, and a kid proof lock for the interior door that we were supposed to install. She also wanted us to remove the bookshelves in the room (2x2 short nightstand style shelves, not a topple risk) along with all the books.
Her kids were 4 and 7 by then, and not special needs.
I called her and suggested this was a little much, and she exploded at me, and announced if we didnāt want her to come, she just wouldnāt come. She cancelled her whole trip two days before leaving, and my extended family, who relies on me to host her, was angry, but didnāt back me up.
So now, three years later, I just do whatever she says. They bring their own white noise machines and toys and nightlights. But damn, itās exhausting to have to tiptoe around my own house and watch all the kids every morning, and still get the sideways comments about how loud they are and how itās my fault that adjusting back to their time zone is going to be hard.
I just keep my head down, enjoy the good times (there are good times and our kids adore each other), and get through the week.
Is this in the range of normal for family visits? Am I overreacting?

This shit is ruining my life
I can't make passes without 2 players immediately hunting me down and shoving me from behind to win the ball.
That's if the pass isn't intercepted automatically by the opponent's AI who sticks a foot out for everything.
If I win the ball back, manually, it just bounces right back to them.
Then I get through, I make a pass, AUTO OFFSIDE
Every. Single. Time.
I can't stop and turn and try and beat the offside trap, because VVD and Saliba are in my asshole.
How does anyone beat this shit?
I need advice. I run 4222 right now.
