I made the mistake of telling LO I had limerence, I framed it in such a way that I used to have it but don’t anymore, but simply some residual feelings. Despite this I still think he’s distancing himself from me and it hurts as I do value him as a friend and don’t expect anything to happen between us. Can the friendship still be saved ? The only reason I told him was because we were having a conversation and he told me he would have respect for a friend that told him they like him, and that he thinks it’s very brave. So I, who’s always trying to get validation and approval from him made the mistake of opening up about that. He was very accepting and understanding when I told him, he’s also aware that I have BPD and struggle a lot but still he seems more distant now and no longer makes an effort to reach out, should I just accept that he doesn’t want to be friends anymore ?

As reported by TASS on November 27, 2024, Russia is progressing with the deployment of its RS-28 Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), designed to be a cornerstone of its modernized nuclear arsenal. Known in the West as "Satan II," this missile is intended to replace the Soviet-era R-36M. With a range of 18,000 kilometers and the capability to carry multiple independently targetable warheads, the Sarmat is positioned to enhance Russia’s strategic deterrence. Although declared operational in 2023, its development has been hampered by delays, testing failures, and production challenges.
The RS-28 Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) achieved its first successful test in April 2022, but four subsequent failures, including a September 2024 incident that destroyed a launch silo, have raised concerns. (Picture source: Russian MoD)
