In short, my Adaptive Lighting integration is messing with my scenes.
- All my bulbs are IKEA Tradfri bulbs, white spectrum. - I have different lights set up under different integration entries in Adaptive Lighting.
The changes I have made for each entry is as follows:
Interval 20 Transition 0 Min Brightness 70 Min Temp 3000 Max Temp 4000 Detect Non_HA TRUE Separate Turn On TRUE Send split delay 2
(The only differences between light groups is the brightness and the temp colour.)
Despite this, I am still finding that Adaptive Lighting is interfering after scenes are set.
If I toggle the adaptive lighting integration entries off, the scenes set perfectly with no issues, so I believe I have isolated the issue to the Adaptive Lighting integration.
As a workaround, I have tried running an automation that sets the scene multiple times. This works some of the time, but some lights still get 'left behind'.
As a second workaround, I tried having an automation:
- turn adaptive lighting toggle off for different groups of lights, then - set the scene, then - turn the adaptive lighting toggles back on
However, Adaptive Lighting seems to pick back up immediately - seemingly not needing a turn-on signal.
I'm a bit lost with what I'm missing here? Any ideas?

Hi, hope everyone is all good.
I want to make a post on here to see if there is anyone keen to get involved with a new dance/electronic music platform I launched a couple months ago. The aim of platform is to showcase talented emerging artists by posting their tracks on our website (every track can be listened to all the way through with no ads), and using different channels to promote them. Artists can submit their tunes, we review and post the ones we think deserve to be showcased to a wider audience. We also send tracks out to labels, playlist curators, and DJs. It has been doing well, and we feel like it has a lot of potential to grow.
We have no clue what we are doing when it comes to social media, so it would be great to bring someone in to help with it, but we are mainly looking for dance/electronic music fans who like the platform and want to contribute to it's growth (preferably UK based but not essential)

Not sure if it has been mentioned but Golden Gate University will get you one of if not the highest housing allowance in the US at $4,973. I attended this school and only have to attend 2 in person classes a semester. It could’ve changed since I graduated but it’s worth looking into if they have a program you’re interested in. I live in Texas and it was worth it to fly for each in person class.

Hi,
I have a PhD scholarship and will be moving to London under a student visa. I will be travelling with a laptop, IPad, Desktop Computer, and 2 Monitors via the Eurostar. Do I have to declare any of these items? All of these items are required for my studies. The UK government kind of mentions that if it is for study purposes you do not have to declare these items but it is not entirely clear. Just to verify, do I have to declare anything? None of these items are new and have been bought online more than 2 to 5 years ago.

2024.11.29 13:30 ThatRandomGuy1S Girl cancelled date because she was "sick"

So I've been seeing this girl for the past 2 months, we've been on 6 dates total together and became exclusive around the 5th date mark. I planned a date with her today, this morning she told me she couldn't make it because she wasn't feeling well.
I told her no problem, feel free to reach out to me when you're feeling better. Now fast forward about 4 hours later, she's telling me she dragged herself to class and even went shopping for a bit in the city because of black friday. She completely ignored my whole reschedule message too and the fact that she mentioned basically cancelling our date and still going out so nonchalantly I find to be very disrespectful.
Not to mention it took a long time to plan this date too because, to be quite honest, her communication skills are lacking and she frequently takes hours upon hours to respond. I've told her about this already. Now I'm not sure wether to call her out or just straight up cut off contact with her over this because I literally took the entire day off and to have the nerve to pull this shit off to me is beyond disrespectful.
