Hi. I'm ordinary web dev with about 6 yoe. Nothing special about me. I just do my job on the frontend and the backend sides. I live in EU. I've applied to vacancy from FAANG. After some time they invited me to my first interview with a recruiter. After this interview, I was invited to an interview with an engineering manager. Now the company invites me for a technical part. I'm quite scared to go to this interview. Here are some details about it
UI Problem-Solving Exercise (60 minutes) In this session, you will collaborate with one of the engineers on implementing a UI feature. You'll need to carefully select and justify the use of an appropriate data structure while exploring other possible options. Key points to focus on:

So I had just posted maybe 2/3 hours ago with the same question and I got 1 reply stating Crunchyroll. However for AoT apparel they only have sweaters, which I don't necessarily like.
So here goes round #2
I am struggling with finding a website/shop to buy anime apparel, specifically AoT. Although other anime like dragon ball would also be good. It would be a Christmas present for my twin :).
Does anyone has any more recommendations beside Crunchyroll? It's also fine if the shop is located in Japan I guess, that would be more reliable aswell? Anyway, thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, hope somebody can help with a situation that a non-Redditing friend is in.
She offered to be guarantor to a colleague when he needed somewhere to rent. He didn't pay the rent, and she has now been informed she has to pay £3,000. I guess that is straightforward - it sucks for her, but it is her liability as guarantor as far as I understand it.
She will pay, but she would like to know if she can remove herself as guarantor after paying up. Would she be tied in as guarantor for the duration of the tenancy agreement, or can she remove herself at any point?
The second question is whether she can claim this back through small claims from the tenant. I do not know whether this would be considered "her" debt to pay as guarantor and therefore not recoverable from someone else. (Whether he actually could find the money to pay is another question of course, but even a payment plan would be something).
Sorry if any of these are stupid questions. She has got into this situation by trying to be kind and help a struggling colleague, so I really would like to be able to pass on some helpful advice if there's anything she can do to make the best of the situation.

I was adding another receptacle down line into an outdoor kitchen. The fresh wire is no more than 20 days older. The roll has been stored near the kitchen so they have all been exposed to similar conditions. The kitchen is made from paver block, it has all been run in PVC conduit, and I live 3 miles from the ocean in Virginia. I fixed the connection on the hot.
Is this normal or should I be concerned? Could it be the sheathing protects it that much? Do I need to worry about the grounding screw too?

I’m a 19-year-old BA student from India, and I’m feeling stuck when it comes to deciding on a career path. I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions!
My Concerns:
- I want a stable career with good earning potential (lakhs per month eventually), but I don’t know which path to take.
- I’ve always struggled with math and fail no matter how hard I try, so I’d prefer a non-technical career.
- My only strong skills are in English and communication, and I’m not sure how to build a successful career based on these.
- I cannot go for upsc or this type of competitive exam cuz m from general category and below average in studies m not interested in law too.

2024.11.29 13:30 DeanbonianTheGreat Just got my Pixel 9 Pro Fold and it's a massive improvement over the Pixel Fold
 | I originally got the pixel fold on the day of release and had it up until now and frankly I hated it. It was just so buggy and it wasn't just my unit because every single issue I had persisted across the 6 units I did have because I kept breaking them. I know there's plenty of people who have had theirs and they have not broken one so you could blame me for that. But in the end I also had a Galaxy fold 4 and that never failed on me which I believe is down to the fact that it didn't fold completely flat. So when it was folded there was always an air gap meaning there was no chances of anything getting crushed in the display damaging it which was not the case with the pixel fold as it folded completely flat, on top of that, there was also a gap between the pre-applied screen protector and the bezel basically creating a weak spot for any dirt that made its way there, which was highly likely due to the magnets in the corner which would attract anything even remotely ferrous. After having my nine Pro fold for a little bit now, it is so much more polished when it comes to the software. I've not experienced any kinds of bugs or weird glitches. It also didn't even get that warm when I was setting ping it up and restoring all of my apps. So far the battery life seems pretty good as well. I started today on a full battery and I'm now at 68% and I've had a little over 4-Hour screen on time with a significant portion of that being on the larger foldable screen. I still have no idea how durable this device is going to be, but some of the differences I've picked up on is the fact that this device lacks a pre-applied screen protector, but also, while it may appear to fold completely flat, there is in fact a slight Gap that is maintained which may help reduce any damage that could be caused by any unseen, dust or grit getting on the screen. Another thing I've noticed is the hinge is more compact and the gap between the fold of the screen and the hinge is significantly smaller which is really nice to see. First pixel fold unit that I had broke because a tiny piece of grit made its way under the screen likely through the hinge and while it didn't initially kill it, it resulted in a small bulge and that eventually did kill it. submitted by DeanbonianTheGreat to pixel_phones [link] [comments] |

I'm a 26F who met a 28M on Bumble. Our first date was amazing, and we ended up going on four dates before he had to leave the country to continue his medical studies. Since then, we’ve been FaceTiming almost daily.
About a week after he left, he mentioned he was staying with a female friend in another city. I didn’t think much of it at the time since I believe in platonic friendships. But later, out of curiosity, I looked her up and discovered she’s actually his ex (same apartment, city, and even the same cat!).
When I confronted him about it, he seemed puzzled about how I even found out, but he didn’t deny it. He said nothing happened and insisted their relationship is purely platonic. However, he also described their bond as 'special,' which really hurt my feelings.
My main issue isn’t that he stayed there, but that he wasn’t upfront about it. The fact that he kept it from me and the way he talks about their relationship has left me feeling uneasy.
How should I handle this? Any advice
