Hello, I am having trouble diluting vanillin and I don't know why. I am working with a 95% ethanol and 5% water. When I put the vanillin some of it gets dissolved and most of it stays crystalized. I tried both 20% and 10% but still it don't want to fully dissolve. I also tried placing the bottle in a hot water bath but no result. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

I'm currently at a crossroad and need to make a decision. I received 2 job offers after rounds of interviews. One as a Team Leader - Accounts. For this one, it's general accounting, tax, financial reporting and I'll be leading a team of 7 staff at a major car dealership. The second one is Cost Accountant at a big manufacturing plant (extending into energy and properties). Salary is pretty much the same. What I am looking is career progression down the line. What should I go into if I'm looking at prospects after 1-2 years, career progression, transferable skills for example if I want to change industry after some time? Which one gives more leeway? I need some advice. Thanks

 | I am a player at T12 W60 so I have unlocked the Nuke, and it has been unlocked for a while. I have been generous with my gem spending for Cards as you can see. But I never got it, so how am I supposed to complete the event quest? I was partially okay with Ultimate Crit since I haven't unlocked it yet. But this infuriates me. Any advise? Hey guys, I was using Caroline earlier this year and loving it. However, I have two small boys I’m working 40 hours at my first job and then trying to start my own business as well and let’s just be honest I’ve been using “i don’t have time to workout” for so long.. are there sections on 20 min workouts that are worthwhile? I have a gas garage heater with a very basic thermostat (no on/off just temperature range from 10-30), which I turn on using an electrical rocker switch.
I'm looking to switch out this switch for something smart that I can program to turn on for 2 hours in the morning before I get in my car.
What are my best options for such a switch? Preferably z wave and compatible with home assistant.
