Hi, I’m a Cloud Engineer intern at a consulting company, and I’m also a university student doing my BSc. I worked for a few months as a Java Developer before switching to cloud, where my tech stack is AWS, Terraform, and basic Bash/Unix skills. On my last project, I worked on modifying/creating Terraform modules, which was pretty straightforward and enjoyable. Unfortunately, that project ended, and I’ve been thrown into a new one that’s way harder.
I joined mid-project, so it’s hard to understand the context. They use technologies I’m completely new to (Azure DevOps, GCP, and some complex Unix setups). I’ve been here about two weeks, and I feel overwhelmed. Every task requires multiple technologies, and I often need a call or two with someone to even understand what’s being asked. Even after that, I frequently need to ask for step-by-step guidance, which makes me feel like I’m bothering them a lot. Tasks that could take others an hour take me 1–2 days.
Right now, my process is to break down tasks into steps and write down questions, but I still miss things. I use chatgpt and ofc google a lot (without sharing confidential info), but it doesn't help a lot. I’m also the only one from my company on this project, so I can’t rely on them for support. I also can't learn much about this outside work hours since I have lots of stuff at my uni and try to have some social life.
Does anyone have tips on how to become useful faster? Is it bad that I'm asking for so much help (especially that they are my "client")? I'm beginning to worry that they might kick me from the project soon even though they seem friendly.

Hey, I switched from a 700d EF-S to a 5d M3 EF camera.
One of my objectives still works since it's compatible with both, but two of them do not work with the EF mount.
Is there an adapter? If so, does it make sense or not to continue using the EF-S with an adapter? Or will that bring down the quality or something (I don't know much about cameras, sorry)

i would like to see a rework that combines leauge viktor's gameplay and arcane viktor thematic of tech evolving into magic.
Passive - Glorious Evolution
over the game he will accumulate stacks like he does now but after each 100 fragments his visuals would change. starting from human form viktor in s1, than jesus viktor in s2 episodes 5&6 and finally evolved viktor from the final episode.
instead of uprading each ability in turn, each abilities will have three evolutions and all four of them will upragde automatically per evolution tier(ET for short).
moreover, once in a while, if viktor falls below a low health threshhold(20-10%) he will gain a sizeable amount of stacks, refrencing the fact that bot of his "evolutions" in the show happen when he is on the verge of death.
lastly i would like his passive to have a use after all upgrades are unlocked like how syndra's passive still restores mana after 120 stacks and my idea is to make him an infinite scaler and give him a tiny amount of extra flat damage on his abilities per 100 stacks after all uprades are unlocked
Q - Siphon power
ET1 - On activation, viktor will gain MS and his next auto will be instant and deal increased damage
ET2 - Additionally, viktor will gain a shield
ET3 - After the enhanced auto, viktor will gain a short but massive ms boost and reduce the cooldown of his none ult abilities by 1 second
im sorry i tried to think on a way to incorporate the point and click freesby but couldn't. this ability reflects the scene where viktor starts running
W - Halt!
ET1 - viktor places an experimantl gravity hex field on the ground, slowing opponents who pass through
ET2 - the hex field becomes corrupted, stunning everyone who stays in for a few moments(current w)
ET3 - instead of the hex field, viktor summons a circle of his white arcanodroids from the finale to forcefully hold his opponents. the circle acts the same but is a bit larger and grounds enemies who are stunned
i thought it was wierd almost no feature of his final form in arcane was reflected in his kit so thus robodudes forcefully holding you down
E - Hextech ray
ET1 - instead of a skillshot, this skill will deal continious damage to single target like asol q but with viktor able to move around and the hextech ray staying pointedc to the same location
ET2 - Change name to arcane ray. the skill will last longer and gain a chunky damage bonus against minions
ET3 - Change name to Death ray - the skill will now go through units, being able to damage multiple targets while dealing extra damage if damaging a single target
Ultimate - Hextech storm
ET1 - release the first hexcore and from it summon his ult. simillar to current ult but moves super slowly
ET2 - change name to arcane storm. release the corrupted, voidy hex core. moves faster(1.25 times of current upgraded ult)
ET3 - change name to entropy/chaos storm. fully summon the hexcore anomaly. ult grows a bit(les than the new one) on each takedown but ignores 15% mr
Skin - the final change would be to add current league viktor as a traditional skin with each ET making him more cyborg instead of more magic
this probably never could work, would have been useless/ 200 years op broken and would be a headache to create visuals for but i thought this could be a cool way to reflect arcane viktor with leagues viktor gameplay.
