Hi, for context: I’m a 19-year-old about to graduate with an associate degree in anthropology. Over the past few months, I’ve been traveling, and now I have just one semester left to complete my program.
For most of my life, I thought I knew what I wanted to do—only to realize recently that it was more about what my parents wanted for me. Now, I’m ready to focus on what I truly want. I’m planning to transfer to a four-year university next year and want to get back on track toward building a future.

I started feeling bloating from early October and finally got MRI yesterday. .
The MRI report looks very concerning. Anyone has something similar to this? What is the next step and how long does it take to find out the result ?
IMPRESSION:
1. Large mass arising from the pelvis with no separate normal appearing ovary, highly suspicious for a mucinous ovarian neoplasm (ORADS 4).
OVARIES/ADNEXA: There is a large mass extending from the pelvis measuring approximately 20.1 x 12 x 15.8 cm
(3.30, 2.29). There is complex internal architecture with multiple irregular septations particularly along the superior aspect of the mass (2.15).
The majority of the internal contents demonstrates intrinsic T1 high signal, suggestive of mucin/high proteinaceous/hemorrhagic contents. Superiorly in the mass in the area of complex septations there is T1 intermediate signal material which demonstrates delayed postcontrast enhancement (17.18, 18.31).

This is going to be long, but I need to provide the context, so bear with me 🙏. So, I have been friends with her for about 2 years and it started when I was new at my current school. At first I did not have any problems with her, but about a year ago or less, I started noticing, how she truly was.
She is negative about everything and everyone and thinks that everything that happens or that someone does, is to hurt her. For example, she keeps talking negatively about people behind their backs and I have observed, that she often completely misinterprets someone’s actions and claims them as the truth, telling everyone. And this has truly been making me feel quite uncomfortable.
Also, she would often judge me for things or make weird comments about me. For example, I once told her about a hobby I wanted to pick up (Having a pen pal) and she said that it’s so weird and gave me a weird look. It made me feel quite bad about myself. I started feeling exhausted every time I was around her, but I never told her, since I wasn’t sure if I was overreacting and I knew how mean she could be, so I was afraid.
Then (also about a year ago) she started addressing me as her best friend, and that made me feel guilty, since I was exhausted by her. Because of this, I unknowingly started avoiding asking her to hang out. She would always be the first to ask and stupidly I kept saying yes, to avoid conflict. Though after some time, she confronted me and said it hurts her, I told her I would be trying my best. But a few months later (from now: ~5 Months ago) I confronted her with everything that I just mentioned and she got really angry and defensive, denying everything and claiming I was “sick” for being so fake this whole time and “how dare I hurt her, as my “best friend”. Because she said it makes her depressed, we settled on staying friends and this went on (until now).
But recently I have been having a bad feeling every time i see her or talk to her. Also because of her negativity. 2 weeks ago we were in class and a girl was called, and she said to me (loud enough for a few people to hear) :”her name is so ugly, how could anyone name their child after that”- it was soo unnecessary and mean and I felt an uneasy feeling in my stomach. Also, she once said (about a guy she knew, who is black): “if I saw him right now, I wouldn’t recognise him, cause to me, they all look the same”. ??? That just left me disturbed and over the past week, i became sure, of wanting to finally end this friendship.
This past week, I have been quite distant to her and I guess she noticed, because today she confronted me. So today I told her I wanted to end this friendship (because of all the reasons above) and she got SO angry. She screamed and told me how disrespectful and sick I am for wasting her time on this friendship, while I felt this way the entire time, and that my reasons are not valid to end a friendship. I told her It’s me who is just not feeling comfortable anymore and she still saw it as a personal attack. She even constructed a “Theory” why I am truly ending this friendship (because apparently I have reconciled with an old friend and thus, she is no longer “useful”), even tho that is #1 not true and #2 how would she know that? I told her and she still said that is the truth, which I thought was ridiculous, so I left. Now she messaged me saying I am sick and gaslighting her and that I played with her and that I am an evil person who never cared about her and now I don’t know what to think. Cause ultimately I don’t regret ending this friendship, though I see it was quite late. I am now honestly also a bit afraid, that she will tell her “theory” to everyone in our grade, though it would show her true character.
Still, AITA for ending this friendship only now and not being honest? And how can I move on from now on? (Especially since I will continue seeing her daily in school, until our graduation early next year).

2024.11.29 14:50 DaMuchi Reusable shopping bags and straws have been a net negative to the environment
I don't disagree with the concept. Yes, reusing things can be better for the environment. Reuse is the second of the 3 Rs after all. But during the time of the craze of reducing plastic shopping bags and plastic straws, people/companies/organisations started gifting me with these items so much so that I alone own 4 metal straws and so many reusable shopping bags, I had to throw about 3/4 of them out.
If you look it up, depending on the material, a reusable shopping bag needs to be reused any where from 150 times to over 1000 times to break even co2 emission wise. Considering I had to get rid of so many reusable shopping bags, I don't think I'll ever reuse them enough to break even on all of them. Same for the straws, because I don't use straws.
Side note, the next time you think of gifting someone one of these reusable things, please don't. They never asked for it and if you get one for them, it'll likely just be another waste of co2 emissions.

Hi. I've been using TTP for a couple of years and do some payment processing on TTP through Stripe. I have my Account Settings > Payout Frequency > Weekly > Mondays. However, I receive payments at random and sometimes larger payments are held without an explanation for weeks. Has anyone has this problem with TTP? Stripe says is TTP's fault but Stripe somehow can release the payments when I ask.
Secondly, can anyone recommend alternatives with similar schedulers to TTP? Thanks in advance.
